We had an appointment today for an ear piercing. Nobody was there and the whole stand/place was shut down and closed. Wtf. Waste of time and money going here. What's the point of an appointment if nobody's there. And I got reminder messages about the appointment...if someone calls in or whatever then shouldn't you send "sorry we had to cancel" messages? read more
