She ghosts me all weekend telling me she was in the hospital and even sends photos to document her "journey" but her fingernails are a different color and length from the photo sent the day before and her personal Facebook page has a post from the day she was supposedly hospitalized making jokes about running all over Walmart to help strangers find things. She says she satisfied the business end of the agreement by purchasing jewelry for me, tells me the jewelry has always been available to me, then tells me she has yet to pick it up from the jeweler and that if they can refund her, she will refund me. When you pay for a tattoo the touch up is included yet he treats you like you're bothering him and wasting his time. The first appointment for a touch up he was sick, understandable but he didn't call me to cancel. My second attempt for a touch up he didn't even show even when I text before and I called the shop to see if he was there. He said he didn't want to do it Friday or Saturday because those are his paying clients. What a crappy thing to say, I paid too and was treated like crap.

I also was not told what kind of metal the earring was or how long it would take to heal or how to clean my piercing. The lady that took my money was the one who sold me the solution and only told me to clean my piercing with this. Everyone I knew said that Danny was a really good artist and piercer there, so if you go ask for him but i did not get him. The woman that worked on me man handled me and pulled my hair to the point it hurt. I hate to say this because she was nice but I did not leave with what i asked for nor did I get told how to take car of my piercing which upset me because it was my first cartilage piercing.

In a sea of arrogant pricks, artists who try to mine for gold in your skin, and shop owners who tend to make inappropriate comments to customers within moments of them entering the door, this shop is like a gift from The Flying Spaghetti Monster himself. The shop is always clean and uncluttered. To date, I've had three tattoos (from Mike) and one piercing done here, and my boyfriend had two fill-in sessions (with Jay) on a half-sleeve tribal outline done by an artist who skipped town, and a tattoo from Ralph. I can't say enough for these guys. The work they've done on both of us is OUTSTANDING. They are artists in the truest sense of the word. I can only speak for my experiences with Mike, but I typically walk in, tell him what I'm thinking, show him a few pictures on my laptop of related pictures/designs I've seen online and tell him what I like about them, then before I know it, we're off and running. These guys are simply amazing, and I'll be going back many, many times in the future.

According to the manager Tyler, none of the artists, including Taylor, I have the decency to keep in touch with their clients in the least bit whatsoever! You are actually very lucky if they even call you back! Taylor, you got mad at me for calling out a gigantic error in the cover-up tattoo that you are doing on my leg. You even almost for a split second tried to tell me that the katana handle was not crooked! How ridiculous!
