This mall goes downhill every year. Hell, call it, "Hall." There's no shops worth shopping at. Barely a food court. The only two places for adults to shop aren't worth ish until the holiday season. One of those stores make feel "unwelcome" because you don't fit their demographic of customers. The mall needs to either to revamped with some new stores or closed down. Maybe, open a completely new mall. Not another Boardwalk because phew!! That was an epic idea but destroyed by incompetent people. read more

Pretty surprised by how nice it is on the inside. The exterior of the mall looks very bland and boring, but once you are inside it's very spacious and bright. I like that there are hardly any people (I know that can't be good for business) it means shorter lines and less of a hassle finding a place to park. Clean stores and friendly staff, can't really ask for more. PS I've been to Forever 21 in Chicago and this Forever 21 is just as nice. Good job read more

This mall offers some interesting and affordable selections. The only part that is a little depressing is that one of the wings, on the opposite end from JCP, has half the store fronts lying empty. Still it's the nicest mall I have seen here so far. read more

I walk in this mall almost daily for the last three years! I have watched store after store close, and this was before the pandemic. Staff at the mall has dwindled down to a few, maintenance sufferers constantly! I see the same trash and food on the floors day after day. Off brand stores now occupy the few stores that are open, with sport shoes the number one retailer! Dillards continues to be stocked, but poorly lacks employees! J C Penny's has very limited merchandise! The one chain jewelry store, opens sporadically! Food court has two food options! The pandemic is being used as an excuse for no seating throughout mall, no strollers, no play area for children. While this time last year that was needed, it is time to make this mall more attractive! The mix of stores needs to be addressed by owners! Personally, I was fortunate enough to be working at this Mall when it opened, sadly it is a disgrace today! Bossier City is a wonderful place to live, but has few options at this mall to enjoy! Owners need to attract all ages! read more

This mall is very....... blah. Maybe it is good for this size of town. The food court is very small and the Chinese place food is HORRIBLE and dry. It was like a dead zone or desert when I went in there. read more

It's a mall...I was only there so my boy could go to Lids for a ChiSox hat...Mall's aren't exactly my idea of a fun time and I'm not real sure of the stores that are in this one...but they do have a sbarro's at the Food Court and I love to grab a slice from them every now then which is what we did after the hat purchase and those pepperoni slices were as outstanding as they have always been. Also the problem with Lids is they have too many Yankee, BoSox and Cubs hats. C'mon guys everybody ain't a poser or bandwagon fan!!!!! read more

The biggest and most popular shopping mall in Bossier. Its right out of MallRats with the 1980s feel. It suits all your basic mall needs nothing extrodinary. An average selection of your young adult clothing stores. A few highlights are the Suncoast Dvd store , the Gamestop and the Borders. In my experience stay away from the food court. The food 9 times out of 10 is stale , untasty and very bland in choice. read more

This was a great mall! Cleanest mall Ive been to in a long time! Staff was friendly and the bathrooms were well attended which was a relief!

Bottom Line: If you live on a farm, and this is your only option...PB Mall can meet your needs. Anchor stores do stock well, but, no other perks of note. read more

Definitely a must see if you want a trip back to the 70's/80's mall era. This place hasn't been updated! Its amazing. Especially that Dillards. Go to the second floor of Dillards in the furniture department, and check out the mirrored walls with round cutouts for doorways. Its awesome! You don't really come across malls like that anymore. Most of them updated to ugly whites and pastels in the 90's. Glad to see this one, it reminded me of my childhood. (The shopping itself was not that great. The only store I saw worth looking at was a very large Victorias Secret) read more

A regular mall with your basic needs, it looks pretty worn down. Definitely in need of a renovation.

Very Average...it needs to be knocked down and remodeled. How old is this place? it is musty, dusty, and only busy at Christmas. Try a better Shopping experience for Bssier City. The Boardwalk. Lots of stores are empty. They have the teens there at any given weekend night. I do love the 75 off sales at Dillards. People who live here in Bossier City end up traveling to Dallas to get the most out of their Shopping Experience. Hope this helps you! read more

I think we have an outstanding mall, so people complain about the weekends we have to ask them to leave. We only do this on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 pm - 9:00 p.m. This allows the kids and their parents to hang out together. That's why its called Family night. This also allows the parents to come in and shop instead of dropping their kids off at the mall, and leaving them. read more

Sorry to break it to the folks here, but Suncoast was closed in Jan. of 2008. If you had one of their "discount" cards, you can still use it at FYE. I do have a question about the mall's website though... Why can't I get a store directory list to show up? This mall was slowly dying when I worked there a few years back. I don't hold up much hope for it to last longer. read more

this is a really nice mall it had all the major dept stores and plenty of reg stores. it was clean and it looked very modern. very convenient to get to from the casinos if you arent gambling. read more
