It has the perfect crust, flavor, texture. When i told Veronique how i feel about this bread she explained about the baker and the oven. So of course i had to visit him and his incredible oven and bakery. The baker is extraordinarily friendly and explained to me how the oven works. It was used by his grandfather. So this extraordinary bread is made by an exceptionally wonderful baker in a particularly interesting and traditional oven in the countryside of a beautiful country.
