Making excuses that they're too busy to get to you even though they commit to get you the quote the day they came by to see the job! No one follows up or responds to your voice messages!! Courtney who works in the office is very rude and dismissive. After driving over to the William's Fence company in Lynbrook to get answers since it's 5 days since I was promised the quote, Courtney is arguing with me and suggests I go to another fence company and then announces the "conversation is over"!! I've installed a massive fence around my property with them years ago and all I needed was a railing for 5 of my front steps and this job seemed to overwhelm them or wasn't important enough for them to do. I never write a Yelp review but I've also never been treated in such an unprofessional manner!
