I e-mailed Leone Tattoo twice with questions about a tattoo design I wanted. Neither e-mails were…read moreanswered. I arrived in Konstanz from Texas with a local friend on Thursday and knocked on the door of their shop. A girl with black hair answered and I explained that I had emailed with questions about a tattoo and an appointment. She said they were closed for lunch. I again explained that I just wanted to arrange an appointment and ask a question. It didn't matter - she wouldn't accommodate us. When a customer is at your door, you don't turn them away. I will never go back to Leone Tattoo for anything.
