And with all of our experiences, Chad, Chris, Tabitha and the entire Chill team have been professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We've contracted with Chill to repair and update the electrical lines as part of a kitchen renovation in our income property. With this, I can say that Chill was a definite partner. They worked with our contractor and gave great recommendations. It was easy to schedule with them, and the work was done on time. And then earlier this week, we brought Chill to our new home to make some fixes. A group of lights in a bathroom and an outdoor light and outlet weren't working, among some other things. These all ended up being super quick fixes, and I appreciated that Chris showed me what he did and explained it so I could do it on my own if one of the problems comes back. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! Next up we are getting a bathroom remodel done and Maeser will be doing it of course! They even do garage doors! Please don't waste your time calling anyone else. I called this Business, Johnson's Electric, to have a Flood Light Camera replaced as well have a…read morebracket replaced on one of my Ring Doorbell. Having order a new bracket for the Ring Doorbell because the one I had was so tight I could not get it detached from the wall when it needed to be recharged, they operate off a battery. When Johnsons put in the new bracket, he let me try it but then took it, off the wall saying something about the screws. I wasn't sure what he was. referring to and because I recently had a mini stoke wasn't up to standing there so trusting them to do what they do I didn't say too much and went back in. They had also removed the one on the front door to change it to the backdoor. I felt confident that the job was done properly. however, that wasn't the case. I checked both door bells a couple of days. later as I was getting notices that one needed the battery to be recharged and that's where the problem started. When I tried to get the doorbell away from the bracket it had been done in such away it was impossible for me to get it released after it was worked on a little more when I stepped away. They were told this was the reason a new bracket needed to be put in because the old one would not release from the wall. After I couldn't get it from the wall to recharge, I called and the lady who took the work order for that visit made an appointment for them to come out that next Tuesday and try to fix it for me. Not only did not show up for the appointment they have not answered any of my calls to ask why they had not returned. For the $200.00 it cost for the 1/2 hours' worth of work I paid without question you would think they would not have left it in such a state it made it even harder to detach then it did before the work was done. I can't recommend Johnson's Electric for this kind of effort and lack of answering the calls when they told me before leaving if I had any issues to call and they would take care of the problem but instead no respond. I have a muscle disorder similar to ALS so the strength in my hands is not normal and knowing this and being left in such a state was totally unprofessional as well as costly.
