There are also classes offered on the gym floor such as trx, hiit, strength and stretch and recover. Fitness First offers the Les Mills classes, and i am aware heavily choreographed classes are not for everyone but they work for me! The gym has a big range of cardio and strength equipment, a pool, sauna and steam room. The team on reception are really friendly as are the instructors. From previous experience, the membership consultants can be a little pushy, particularly when you are wanting to cancel your membership, but I think that is probably similar for most big gym chains. It can be frustrating being locked in to contract, but they do also offer monthly memberships although at a higher rate. Overall, I'm really happy with this gym, the facilities and the instructors!

I am unsure of the personal training credentials or how they instruct, but if you do not need help, this facility has everything you need and the flexibility of being a 24 hour, 7 day per week gym.
