I liked the fact that contrary to other fitness studios that i have visited i didn't have to bargain for the price, i told them what i was looking for and they gave me the price straight away without too much fuss and it is a very reasonable price as well. The studio is on the small side but it has all the cardio and weight machines that you need, and it is clean. They have a good range of classes as well. I cannot comment on the shower facilities as i don't use them (believe i wash but i do it at home as i live nearby) :))
