I have been to a lot of studios and this one is the best! I love that there aren't a ton of reformers so the instructors can make adjustments if needed which to me is very important. All of the instructors have their own style of teaching which is awesome! The other people that come to this studio are friendly which leads to a better sense of community. The studio is always clean and I love their selection of workout clothes and Pilates socks. I have only taken on yoga class but I am hoping to take more soon. I don't know any other studio that offers reformer and yoga-love it! read more

Seeking something different I decided to inquire is this was a yoga studio that customers could just stop in for or if you are bound to a class only. They actually offer both classes that a guest can come in for and drop in times too. I find it very great that they offer drop in times while they are open where I could come in and get yoga out of the way and it is in a studio setting. Trying to live a better and healthy life style I feel that visiting the studio for yoga keeps me more motivated to continue doing it. The staff here is very helpful and nice. The studio is so very nice and the staff was explaining to me the machines and price structures. I ended up signing up for just the monthly rate for now since I want to sample the yoga studio and see if this business is going to be a good fit for me . So far I am very impressed and I am looking forward to hitting the mat. One other important point about this studio is the amount of machines that they offer to customers. Just a studio that is geared towards yoga and all those special moves with machines that make it a little easier to do them. Never have I ever... enjoyed working out. Until I found this friendly, down to earth Pilates and Yoga boutique. I'm hooked! I really can't think of a thing to complain about. I can't believe I haven't written a review for my favorite pilates studio yet. I have been coming to this studio for years and its by far my favorite studio. I hate working out and struggle to find something that I enjoy but also shows results. Pilates reformer definitely has that balance for me. When I first started going to Pilates + I strictly did the mat classes because I was intimidated by the reformer apparatus, but I'm telling you take a beginner class! Once I started I never looked back! The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Tetiana will always be my favorite because she was so patient with me in the beginning on the reformer but I love going to the different classes and what each instructor brings. Also this studio has an anazing yin class to fight those Monday blues and to get rid of all the work week stress on Fridays. They also have a Barre class that I haven't tried yet but is on my list as soon as it works with my schedule! Highly recommend this studio. read more

Here comes another annoying update! I just love this place so much I have to tell you ALLL my feedback about it! -I love Jillian as an instructor for all classes. She is very easy to follow for newbies and I love that she comes around and makes corrections on you! Since I am new, I like to be able to learn the proper way of how you are supposed to do each pose so you can feel the burn in all the correct places. She is very encouraging and helpful! -Stephanie has an amazing spirit and she is so friendly! I was very surprised she knew all our names after only our second time of having her! Her classes are tough, but I love it. She also is great about explaining how to make sure your body is in the correct position. She challenges you and makes you feel good even if you can't do all of the moves. -I've only had Kate once for the restorative/yin yoga class. Compared to another one I took, this one provided a much deeper and more challenging stretch which I loved. Last time I took this class it was a little too relaxing and with Kate, I actually felt like this was still a workout class since the stretches were deep and burned so good! -Tetiana is probably the best at clearly instructing you with her words about how to position your body. She is excellent at reminding you through every pose and movement what the rest of your body should be doing so you don't forget about those parts as well as you are doing something else! She is clear, concise, and very easy to follow. Like the other instructors, she is also very encouraging and makes you feel good about yourself! Overall, this studio makes me SO happy to be coming here! I have never felt so good and excited to be working out (this is coming from the mouth of the world's previous most useless lazy person ever)! I went from working out essentially zero days out of the year to working out 5 times a week, and sometimes taking 2 classes per day! Definitely the best studio in town! I initially found the studio when I was new to LV and looking for a teacher training program. I read great things about the program, so went to check the studio out. Immediately, I felt right at home. The studio is beautiful and has great energy. Jillian, the owner, is amazing- super welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable. By now, its safe to say I've tried every class and teacher, and have yet to be disappointed! Also, the teacher training has been a great experience! It's done in a clear format that covers everything from teaching and testing, to the business itself. For a pilates studio, I think that the prices are really reasonable. The best part about it is if you buy a membership for 12 classes, they don't ever expire. Most pilates studios have an expiration date on their packages. I've tried the Power Vinyasa and the Pilates Mat and Arc. I love both classes and I am definitely feeling the soreness afterwards. One time I went to a Pilates Mat and Arc and there was no one else that came, so Andrea (the Owner) gave me a good workout on the apparatus machine. I was sore for a week! It's unfortunate that this studio is so close, but their staff is not the most inviting. I've taken a few classes and can't stomach to go back, to be ignored or treated as a nuisance. The actual classes are run the mill and effective, but unless you know the instructors personally, you will be ignored. One class, the instructor chatted with one student about having play dates that week. Another time, the instructor kept sighing after having to correct any wrong moves by me and another student. I left each time feeling so self conscious and unfulfilled. A further drive is worth finding a studio that gladly takes new students. read more

Thought it would be hard to work up a sweat without huffing myself full speed down a straightaway, but this was the best workout of my life. As gluteal tendinitis--yes, a pain the butt--worsens over the years, it's become more important to work out strategically. Reformer Pilates is the way to go and this studio is the place to do it. This is a small studio on the south side of town with many great instructors with fun personalities and interesting stories. During group sessions you work in a circuit--30 seconds to a minute on each exercise or device. It feels smart. My clothes were wet and my muscles were tired, but my butt didn't ache. This is a great studio. The instructors will make you laugh, listen to your concerns, and kick your butt. But don't be scared if you're a beginner, because they are always available to help, and the other students are very friendly and welcoming as well. Last Week I was visiting Las Vegas and I wanted to take a yoga mat class not far from the strip. It was discouraging to find a mat class in the land of reformer classes. I'm new to pilates and not quite ready for the machines. After a ton of googling and reading reviews I found Pilates+Yoga. The studio is small, very clean and well lit. The music was easy to move to and not so loud I couldn't hear the instructor. Becca, the instructor was very wonderful and I feel like I really received a very thorough work out. It is a very clean and inviting studio. I felt much stronger only after one month (twice sometimes three times a week) of reformer exercises. Now it's been about 2 and a half months since I started going to reformer classes regularly and I already see so much changes in my body. Tetiana is a great instructor. This studio is great! I came here as a complete novice, never having done pilates apparatus before. The instructors were extremely patient and really good about teaching me form. Eight months later, I'm still going three times a week and loving every minute of it! Jodi and Mary Jane always kick your butt and give you a great workout, and they know how far to push you and how to make you better. I purchased a one-year membership and feel that this was a great investment in myself. I have a normal gym membership and always dread going to work out, but here at the yoga studio I am always eager to get to class. The staff is great and always willing to help with adjustments to make sure your form is correct. It is a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, and you are not crammed into the space, inches away from your neighbor. I have been attending classes for about 8 months now, and have noticed a wonderful improvement in the tone of my muscles, and how limber I am. I take a mix of classes from Pilates mat, to gentle yoga, to Yin yoga (stretching) and feel this covers all my needs. I highly recommend this studio to all my friends. read more

First of all i would like to say my instructor was kind , friendly and professional. However the way the place is run is very cold and unwelcoming. I'm currently pregnant and decided to do a few private classes 3 to be exact which was 180$. They only offered 50 min so i figured i would try it out . Unfortunately my last session that morning i had severe stomach pains and doctor said come in to get monitored for contractions (i'm only 23 weeks) it was so scary i was in tears . as soon as i found out i immediately let me instructor know and i apologized (even though that was the last thing on my mind) I reached out to her a few days later after things settled with doctor and wanted to do my last session i paid for already . I booked my session and about 30 mins later she texts me saying the owner jillian (very rude btw) took away my last session because i cancelled last minute . I tried to speak directly to owner and let her know what happened she was not even trying to here me out at all very harsh not omg u hope you and the baby are okay ? NOTHING i hope she never experiences a emergency like that ! Now i understand policies but i had a medical emergency i would of paid their 15$ cancellation fee but this jillian did not have any compassion for someone thats is pregnant at all was not even trying to work with me . Anyway i won't be going back because this situation was truly heart breaking how someone could have such little compassion again i didn't expect rules to be ignored but to not even work with me or charge me a small fee and let me still come is very unprofessional. So if you are pregnant this place is not for you as the owner is all about money zero compassion. I work for a big company and for me customer service is #1 and how u handle a situation and yourself . i'm writing this to save someone from the bad experience i had. read more

I've been coming here close to two months now and I'm in love with this studio. What I love the most is how intimate the studio is. You'll never feel claustrophobic being surrounded by a ton of people and most of all you will never feel uncomfortable, or judged because everyone is really welcoming. I value the fact that even in a full class, it feels like I have my very own personal instructor guiding me through all the moves which I love. ALL of the instructors are kind, fun, knowledgeable, and push you to your limits, in a good way! They encourage you when they can see your struggling through the last few reps, let you know what to adjust to make sure you're doing the moves correctly, and it seems like they always offer a variation to a move in the event that one is too difficult for you to do at that moment in time. I work two jobs, one of which is sort of an unpredictable schedule, so it's nice that this studio has a ton of class options throughout the day (although I would love some early AM mat classes!). I bought the 10 class pass on Groupon and decided after some serious thought and investigation (called and gained more insight about the studio and classes) that I would jump into the journey of yoga. I had no idea it would change my life. The studio is so nice, clean, air conditioned, and the instructors are above and beyond fabulous. They help in every way possible to make sure your comfortable and in the pose correctly. The classes are so relaxing and yet still challenging some even have aromatherapy to accompany the class along with free mat rental and loads of props. I have since become a member of the studio and I'm so happy I have found this beautiful gem in the desert. It's definitely worth a check out and see what I'm raving about. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!!!! I am so sad to write this review. I loved this studio. I was a client for an extended period of time. I became pregnant and resigned a 6 month contract before my current contract was expired. Before I had used a single day of the repurchased contract I found my self in a high risk pregnancy. I had documentation from my doctor. The owner, Jodie, agreed to freeze my contract until I could return. Before I had been cleared to resume exercise after delivery, my husband was unexpectedly transferred out of state. My conversation with the owner was shocking. This was a woman who had seemed so genuine and took an interest in me personally. A sham. She very coldly said that I had signed a contract and there was nothing to be done. I was not a newby who had simply changed her mind. I was a loyal client that was made to feel like a friend. I had in good faith signed a new contract and paid up front. I had every intention of resuming my fitness at this facility. I am now out nearly $1000 dollars with ZERO return on investment nor any offer to make things right. And my "friend" has never contacted me again to see how I am doing. And I was very polite despite my dismay with her treating me like garbage. My advice. STAY AWAY FEOM THIS PLACE. They are phony and will treat you like dirt after you cease to be a pay check. RUN! Too many options in Vegas to subject yourself this place. And the classes were not always as expected. Some instructors allow too many people to show up to a full class and you wind up doing step aerobics because there aren't enough machines. read more

I purchased a groupon for 10 classes and was not able to use it because no one would call me back to schedule my appointments (I had questions regarding the individual classes and wanted to talk to the person.) I left messages and even went by the studio during "open" hours but the doors were locked. So I wasted $30 and countless minutes of my life due to there unprofessionalism.
