Upon my picking up the POA, he sat down with me and went over the key elements particularly the fill-out sections in stark detail. He even went through the trouble of attaching a 'sticky' by each field with a description of who was to sign or complete. In fact, I don't think I can recall any professional in any field going into that level of detail to ensure success of a transaction. My mom and I went to our bank to have the document notarized and the notary commented on how impressed he was with the document and the level of detail that went into ensuring it got notarized and processed correctly. I will add that Sam's demeanor is unlike any I've seen before. What I mean is that his explanations are so logical and straight to the point. In spite of my mom still reeling from the loss of her husband (and my dad), Sam explained the details of the POA to her in a calm, logical and professional manner that made it easy for her to understand and put her at ease. Will also add that he gave me a $100 discount off the POA cost, which if I recall correctly was to help cover what my company could not since the POA was for my mom and not for myself.
