He diagnoses efficiently, accurately, takes the time to listen to his patients, puts every effort to resolve your dental issue, and mainly he does not perform any unnecessary tests, procedures, or medications. His treatment recommendations are very effective and the results are seen quickly. My experience with his staff has been very friendly and welcoming. It is the main reason that my husband and I have been going back even it means to travel from Brooklyn. Over the years, the attitude of Dr. Cho has changed to be impatient with growth of patients. The regular teeth cleaning service becomes inconsistent with different hygienists. The front desk person complained about sending the bills to the secondary insurer and would not mention the bill adjustment until the question was raised by the patient.
