An unassuming salon from the street, once you walk in, you are treated like royalty with the amazing customer service - friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Shelby Raven, the owner, for highlights/colour/style. While I sat waiting for my appointment, I noticed the customers were leaving looked amazing. As for my appointment, Shelby took her time, was focused entirely on me (and not another client, as is the case as some other salons), and was very easy to talk to. As for the end result, I was blown away. My hair never looked so good!!! I was also highly impressed with the salon's recycling initiatives - - virtually everything is recycled. It is a member of the Greencircle Salons (https://www.greencirclesalons.ca/). Cons? (1) I think the online presence could be improved, but then again Shelby only bought the salon about a year ago. (2) The salon should highlight the Greencircle membership more. (Yes, I had to reach for cons). For anyone in the Kawartha region, this salon is a must visit!
