This is a good stop for fuel and eats along the corridor from the Dallas area to Interstate 40 in Oklahoma/Chekotah, Oklahoma. The bathrooms are generally clean(ish) - as in pretty good most of the time. The food options are good with a Moe's on site and a Cinnabon on site, as well as other hot/fresh food option and and good drink options too. The folks that work here are usually helpful - but the Buc-ees or Chick-fil-A vibe is not really what you get here. It's probably the best option between Melissa, Tx and I40 in Oklahoma, in my opinion. read more

Very good place in services and cleanliness for a very busy travel stop for truckers and cars. When we were there they were pressure washing the front door area which at many places is very litter prone and spills. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of stuff to buy and food to eat. Worth a stop. read more

The Pilot Travel Center in Atoka makes me happy. Fresh food options - including Moe's! Yogurt! Easy in and out! All in the middle of what is basically a vast wasteland of horrific places to stop, get gas, stretch your legs and use the restroom. It's like an oasis. What isn't super though is that such a wonderfully well thought out place has not so well thought out restrooms. Just three stalls for the women's restroom, while my husband said there are 5 urinals plus two stalls for the men. Really? When you have to pee and you have to wait in a terrible line...not great. Plus any poor women with small ones needing a diaper change have to squeeze in between all of the stall doors to get to the changing station - and anyone leaving a stall has to squeeze past her and the baby. Not good at all. It's almost as though the women's restroom was a complete afterthought. read more

Stopped here on a mini road trip to use the restroom and grab a drink. The bathroom was clean enough and the store had a lot of drink options. We also grabbed a slice of pizza and a Canadian bacon breakfast sandwich. The pizza dough was really good but the sandwich was blah. read more

Very good Pilot! It's new and clean. The workers are very nice and professional! Food was pretty good. There's a Moe's Southwest Grill restaurant inside. The showers are great! They are roomy and clean. The water got hot and had enough pressure to blow you away lol. The only bad thing about this place is the parking is tight & you can't watch tv using Wi-Fi cause the service sucks in this area. read more

Awesome stop for truckers. If you're one to care for cleanliness then this is definitely a great place to stop. Food choices were ample there as well. If I could make this my pit stop every time I most definitely would. Not a huge fan of Moe's, but it was filling, a little pricey for the amount of meat as well. Overall, definitely enjoyed being there. read more

Customer service here is a 12/10! I stopped here today to air up my leaky tire that was low, while I was driving through on a road trip. I went inside to see if they knew of anywhere I could get my tire fixed on a Sunday afternoon. The inside was clean and well stocked, and all of the employees were super friendly. Kevin, the manager, offered to come out and plug the leak for me. He spent a lot of time figuring out where leak was, airing up the tire a few times and offering to put the spare on before finding the leak. They charged me nothing to do all of this, or to replace the air valve on the tire that was leaking. He spent about 45 minutes in the parking lot with me with a couple of other employees. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and nice, I will definitely be stopping here again when driving through! Thanks again!! read more

Absolutely disgusting!!! The ladies bathroom was filthy had bugs crawling around, none of the trash cans had been emptied not even the lady waste bins for lady products. The toilets would not flush at all. Toilet paper all over the floor. The toilets were absolutely dirty and covered in human waste. The most disgusting restroom I have ever been to. Definitely needs improvement. The one toilet that was clean the door was locked on it like it was out of order but no, sign on it. read more

This has got to be one of the most poorly thought out truck stops I've ever seen. Drivers have to go through that very tight parking lot (while trucks are trying to park in those tight spots) just to circle around to the fuel pumps. If you want to park after fueling you've got to go back around, and wait, wait, and wait some more while drivers are backing in (just about every driver has to get out and do a walk around to make sure they don't hit anybody). I was lucky, I got there at 6pm so there were 2 empty spaces side by side so I could maneuver around enough to squeeze in. It's just ridiculous. As for the food, I went in at 6:30pm to get a hot meal as they have meatloaf, roast chicken, roast beef, carrots, mashed potatoes and several other items if you'd like some semblance of a home cooked meal. Forget It! Considering how busy it was I was really surprised to see a few empty steamer pans. You'd think they'd have full, fresh ingredients to offer, however, a lot of the meat looked like it'd been sitting there for hours (uncovered as well) so it was dried out and just really nasty looking. Look, I know it's not a buffet restaurant, it's a truck stop ok, but I feed my dogs better then that. I'm not paying $6 for meat, then $3 for each side item I want if it's gonna look that unappealing. Salads and sandwiches in the cold case didn't offer much better as far as freshness goes. Salads had brown lettuce and watery bottom inside the containers and sandwiches looked stale. I could have broken a window with that bread bun they had the nerve to serve the dreadful looking lunchmeat on. Now, let's move on to Moe's Mexican, whatever that crap is supposed to be. The salsa bar had a few empty containers, broken chips laying on the counter to go along with all the spilled salsa all over it. I strolled through the order line ( it's like subway) where you choose what you want. It's a joke people! Half the food containers were empty, others barely had anything left in them. Food spilled all over the place. Two young dumbs working the area hollering back and forth at each other while taking orders and running the cash register clearly acting like they'd rather be anywhere but there. I wish they were too! They didn't give a crap about the appearance of the restaurant (or themselves for that matter). They were running their fingers through their clearly disheveled hair and wiping their noses (hum) while touching food, serving spoons, aprons, and everything else, if you know what I mean. It was just disgusting. Now, as far as entertainment goes, I have a t.v. in my rig and usually pick up a lot of air channels where I park. I got 3 channels here and every 1-2 minutes when a truck rolled by I'd lose the signal. I used to have a t.v. with a DVD player in it, wish I still had that bad boy, it was great, lol. No worries though as this was my first and last stop in this town. In closing, take your truck, your cash and yourself, lol, and run, run, run for your lives. read more

I've been to this Pilot many times in my travel. Customer service is good, they work hard to get you checked out quickly. Many good options inside and they have showers for the truckers. The only thing that is consistently bad is the rest room. The ladies restroom always seems to have toilet paper on the floor and messy counters. Twice now they were low on soap. Don't stop here during Covid. Stopped here on a road trip this evening. Hardly anyone masked including both clerks. Felt very unsafe.

I travel from DFW to Ark once a month and this has been a pitstop for the last 5 months. I've been inside this store 5 times and it seems as if it goes down hill each time I'm there. This is the most disgusting Pilot I have ever been in. Restrooms are nasty with trash all over the floor inside and outside of the stalls. Nasty floors inside the store. Piles of dirt and filth laying inside of the store. Tons of trash outside the store on the grass and the guy that's in charge of blowing off the parking lot, stood and blowed trash into the weeds. It took him longer to blow all of the trash into the weeds than it would've taken him to bend over and pick it up. I keep hoping that each time I stop, there might be some improvement, but I'm starting to think it's not gonna change. I hope that someone will take charge soon and clean up this dirty store so I can continue my pit stops. read more

This place had a wide variety of food (whether it is healthy or not is up to you). Nacho bar, ice cream snacks, restaurant, Cinnabon plus the usual candy, chips, crackers, etc. They also had all the usual beverages. Clerk was friendly. The women's bathroom was nice and spacious but only had two toilets (wtf?) and could use a good cleaning. The lobby also could use a sweeping and a mopping up. I'd give this place 5 stars for the selection of food & snacks and the 4 stars is for cleanliness. I am a slight germaphobe and wanted to give 3 stars but could don't make myself because it was the noon hour and they were busy with high traffic. Would try again if I'm in the area. read more

After being in business for about a year this place has gone downhill. Dirty restrooms. No ready made breakfast sandwiches. If your credit card has a chip, forget it. Will go to the Choctaw travel plaza next time. Older but friendlier, cheaper and better food. read more

This place is brand new, so it's really nice on the inside. There's a Cinnabon and a Moe's burrito place, plus the roller grills and full hot bar with pizza, sandwiches, ect. The only downfall to the inside is that's there's only three stalls in the women's bathroom, not sure about the men's lol. The truck parking lot is medium sized and a little bit of a pain to maneuver, but at least it's paved and there's no potholes. read more
