Went in to give the cashier my credit card so they can turn the pump on for diesel fuel and…read morenormally everywhere else I go, including other Flying J and Pilots, they hold the card and I go pump and than I come back in and they give me the card back so I can run it and pay for the fuel I just put in the truck. We'll apparently here they don't do that. They charge your card before you pump, so you gotta guess exactly how much you need or ask for $700 and fill it up as much as possible and than go back in to get a new receipt so I was a little confused what was going on and the cashier had a little attitude on him. Talking very condescending and even made a sarcastic remark as I was leaving in front of other customers to make a mockery of me. Very disrespectful customer service here. Even the lady who I'm assuming was his supervisor he called over was very condescending. She wouldn't even get off the phone. I dont write much bad reviews but this place warranted one. It's a Pilot/Flying J so you already know what 6 getting out of these places and I enjoy them. Just don't expect good customer service at this one.

Bathroom door was a work in progress and the framing around the door was gaping and hanging on by a sliver. The rest of the bathroom was filthy, years of grime and bodily fluids caked the surfaces. If you felt inspired to wash your hands, the owners of the store provided a bar of soap floating around the sink. No thanks. Did I mention the dirty tampon lying on the floor? So gross.

Currently they do not allow a card to be used as credit, attempting to save the 4% Visa & MasterCard charge for merchant fee's. This station is debit (which the pump does not process) or cash causing you to go inside to their store no matter what. This owner has no idea the 4% merchant fee & $5 roll of receipt paper he's saving is causing hundreds of dollars from customers to go else ware.

This is one of those places that non-locals will make fun of you for; 'a drive through liquor…read morestore' they might call it. But we all know you can't buy liquor here-you have to go to Rite Aid for that. Brookys is everything you could want and expect in a gas station/carry out/garage with a drive through and a decent pizza (and other hot menu items). If you're not from the area, getting your pizza at a gas station may sound ridiculous. But trust me, it's worth the experience. And pick it up in the drive through for the full experience. One of three places you can order a pizza in Glandorf, Ohio...that's an economics case study right there.
