The shower was a little small but I liked that it was closed in so the majority of the water wouldn't wet the floor. It was cleaned so no complaints there. I paid for parking because all the free parking was filled by the time I shut down. Limited truck parking so make sure you shut down early. This travel center is quite typical for what you'd find and expect, with a Subway attached and all that, but cleanliness could REALLY be better. The washroom floor was quite sticky and it was obvious that the washroom had not been cleaned in a while. This is the main reason for the loss of two stars, as the last thing people want to see during a road trip is a dirty washroom. Do better, Pilot. read more

Pitstop for the cheapest gas for miles around, and relief and refreshments. 5 cents cheaper than the places across the highway, and 25 or more cheaper than the next exits. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restroom was clean. Big assortment of snacks and drinks, at not-crazy prices, plus truck and car accessories, etc. Smaller than some truckstops, but useful enough for all kinds of drivers. Easy in and out (auto entrance is in front of building, truck one is slightly closer to highway.) Signed up for a Pilot card and the app, though I only stop in them a few times a year. I stopped here on my way to a show in Greenville, OH, to get something to eat. Since they had Subway, I decided to get that, just like I get Subway in Richmond. I ordered a 6 in Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich, Baked Lays Chips, and a Coke Zero. It was delicious! The place was clean, and it was well stocked for travellers. My only complaint is that if you are a Subway Rewards member, they will not scan the QR code on your phone. They will give points if you are a Pilot Rewards member, but if you are a Subway Rewards member. read more

This particular Pilot was not up to the usual standards of most Pilot truck stops. During my trips back and forth between Denver and Columbus, I've really come to appreciate truck stops and have started relying on them for gas, snacks and fast food stops. Stopping at this location late in the day, I was disappointed to see that the credit card readers on the gas pumps were not working. If you wanted gas, you had to go inside FIRST with your credit card and then GO BACK INSIDE to get your receipt. What alot of people don't know is he is in stage 3 liver failure, we would talk at great lengths when I would come in and fuel. He would bend over backwards for this place, came in early, worked over, would do what needed to be done. Even being sick he still made the customers happy by joking around with them. I like the fact that they have a subway sometimes I'm tired of truckstop food so that was nice. I just got coffee and gas the place was clean and so were the bathrooms I hung out in the trucker lounge and watched TV for a few minutes which is nice to be able to relax. read more
