Once returned, they told me it would take 7-10 business days to receive the funds. I didn't receive the funds, until I called to get an update. I had to literally call the company to have the process my return even though I was told on the day it was received back to their warehouse that the return had been processed. I also still haven't seen the return actually be processed back into my account. They also failed to diclose anywhere on their website that they charge a $15 restocking fee. If you're going to buy this product, buy it from a licensed retailer absolutely do not use their website.

They put car in a safe place recommended a clean safe hotel, very close, and the next morning at 815am I walked in, and she already had the best plan to get us back home and within half hour a man named Terry got us and our car back to Chicago by 12:30 pm and dropped car off at repair shop and then dropped us off at are home.
