They will put "hold" on your card for up to $200 without telling you, then react like it's no big deal when you question the pending charge. Horrible customer service! Thet told me to call the 800# to corporate. That didn't go well either, since I was told a different story by the phone rep than in the actual store. The charge did drop off, but I wasn't even able to pump any gas before they immediately shut the pump down, after I was hit with $128 charge. I was about to file a police report when my bank told me the pending charge had somehow just disappeared. Wow. Isn't that just about the shadiest tactic ever?! No more Pilot gas stations for me. Very nice service station and shop with all kinds of snack and pizza to go. Inside there's a shower and laundry room. The fresh Colombian coffee is delicious. Next to it there a MOE's south western grill. The restrooms need to be cleaned regularly though. read more

Stopped at this Pilot travel center for gas, lunch and a bathroom break. The gas was cheaper. The bathroom was decent. They had several stalls, toilet paper and paper towels. The store was typical for a travel center. I believe they had showers for truckers. They had Moe's restaurant attached which was nice. We grabbed lunch and continued on our journey home. Overall an okay place to stop if you are traveling. read more

I wasn't expecting Buc-ee's cleanliness, but I wasn't expecting anything quite this dirty. The first pump I tried wasn't useable due to the screen being so badly scratched that you couldn't navigate the purchase. The next one I pulled around to worked but it was so dirty that I didn't want to touch it. I didn't go in, so can't speak to the in-store experience, but if the condition of the fuel pumping area is an indication, I would hate to see their restrooms. It's disgusting stations like this that make fueling at Buc-ee's or Costco such a treat... if buying gas can be considered a treat. I'll avoid this particular stop in the future. read more

Here we are in 2019 approaching 2020 and the air/vac machine here still doesn't accept cards. This small issue causes a longer stop than one may have intended. Even back in the late 90s, early 2000s you could go to the cashier and ask for the machine to be turned on. Not at this location, I was made to buy something to have the register opened to get the needed change to operate the machine. This is highly unacceptable and needs to be fixed! I give 2 stars because though this clearly frustrated me, the cashier remained professional and tried to calm the situation. read more

The display on pump doesn't work so you can't see when to input zip code etc. moved to another pump and it didn't work either.

The place was organized, tidy and bathrooms were clean. I absolutely hate when places have no prices marked so you have to keep asking how much things are. I grabbed a bottle of overpriced *cheap* water and waited. And waited. It took longer to go through the line than to fill up my bus's tank. The one thing that pissed me off the most was a sign to the female employees from management stating they cannot "write off" hygiene items or medicine from the shelves, they had to buy it somewhere else or pay full price. Seriously???? Pilot, you can't even buy your employees some tampons or aspirin if they need them during their underpaid probably shitty shift? That's horrible. They probably need the aspirin from dealing with dumb customers all day. And tampons are a bathroom product that no manager should whine about the $5 they spend to keep some for emergencies. Do you also charge the men for toilet paper since you know they're probably using more than the women? That sign just pissed me off. Tacky and rude. I prefer to spend my $ at places that value their employees. read more

Tuesday, the 11th of April: Rest rooms somewhat better today, but on the verge of needing trash dumped. The whole area needs a thorough cleaning. You can tell by looking at the toilets & walls, that little is done in actual cleaning. Child chair has no restraints & changing table is not clean. The laundry room had mold around the top of the rod for hanging clothes & on the wall. Otherwise, not wiped down much. Washers & dryers were reasonably clean, as well as the folding table. Decided not to get any food or coffee, not too sure of how clean they would be with that, after seeing the restrooms. I think that they have changed managers, since last we were here. Monday: the 10th of April 2017 Very disturbed. Last time we visited here. They were immaculately clean, good deli, etc. This time toilets less than clean, female toilets had trash under sink changed, but no paper towels, trash in stalls overflowing, disgustingly so. No room for anything else. I was surprised there was toilet paper and it was low., Sinks less than clean. Moe's in Pilot was not busy, most of the staff sitting outside in booths acting as if they were the customers. read more

WARNING! Gas pumps not functioning, splashing gas on a young woman when the thumb depressor failed to disengage and stop the process. Later date, I was not able to get the Handle to stop squeezing gas in. If I pulled the pump out of the tank it started to flow again. Usually it stops automatically when the tank completes filling. I reported both incidents to the manager on separate days. When it happened a second time, asked him to come out to have full understanding of the issues. He was rude, rolling his eyes, and did not care about the safety concerns. If I would have pulled the pump from the gas tank it would have continued to Flow, restarting to pump. I say they're still having the same problems. That girl had gasoline all over her and had to take a shower immediately in their station. They were kind enough to give her a free blue towel to wear out to the car to cover her underwear since her clothing was covered in gasoline. I know longer go to this Establishment not only for the safety issues but because they have drug addicts pandering for money. One panderer told me he left his wallet at home And needed gas money with a pregnant woman and a toddler in the car when his wallet was in his back pocket. Don't give them money! read more

The employe were rude and the showers where extreme dirty. I told the lady that was running the register that the shower was broken and that the toilet had s*** on it. They told me that I could get a toolbox and fix it. It's sad that this place is respost to be a place for drivers to stop to take a shower, go to the bathroom, and to get food. I have to say that this is probably the nicest Pilot/Flying J I've seen in the southeast. With my husband being a trucker, we get to know where to stop and where not to stop, and this one ranks pretty high. Everything seems well stocked and organized, and most of the people are very friendly. The only problem we've run into thus far is that the biscuits for the sausage gravy were all burnt and didn't look like the typical biscuits Pilot uses, but they had the egg and meat breakfast pizza, so that made up for it. There are only 6 shower rooms, but they are huge and the water was nice and hot. They even give you water and a thank you note. Talk about amazing hospitality. Definitely a recommended stop. read more

The music outside is extremely loud and the cashier claims that they can't turn it down for a few minutes until gas is finished pumping. Now at 2am in the morning, I will have to deal with a screaming baby. Very disappointed. I've always fueled up at pilots and even have a card with them. Pilot at 63 and I-10 is one of the cleanest travel stops on my route to visit family. I always stop here for fuel and to use their ultra clean restrooms. Plus, they're attached to Moe's Southwest Grill, making them a solid choice to stop for food as well. Don't miss out. read more
