My love really suffered some damage when they offer ten cents per. gal. discount when you use your bonus card. Even after the deduction this place still has the highest gas prices around! And the pricey snacks and sodas; WOW! Usually there is a Circle K convenience store near the Pilots! Travelers will get a square deal from them! All Pilot Travel Centers are popular with truckers as they allow overnight parking and accept almost all fleet credit cards! Car travelers beware! This is not the best option for you! read more

I finally said something. The manager Daniel Jones said if you would come to the register we would help you.. I was standing at the register for lottery tickets, Daniel Jones was rude, to be a manager and just ignore a customer when they had absolutely nobody in line waiting, check out two more customers while still being ignored. I worked in retail for 35 years 30 in a management position.. this is not they way you treat a customer, Daniel tried to make it out as it was my fault that I didn't get helped out... Today was my second attempt to get gas here. There is always something wrong at the pump. I managed to get two gallons before giving up because the pump kept shutting off. The receipt wouldn't print (of course) so I went in and asked for one. I also told the cashier about the pump problem. Zero response. No words. No eye contact. No more stopping here. read more

It's funny how the mind work or at least mine anyways, when I spotted the sign advertising this travel center on the interstate approaching the exit, I somehow accessed some deep imbedded memory that I would of thought I would of long forgotten and did until that very moment - "Roger Wilco Over and Out" this CB jargon was never really a part of my life except maybe hearing it in the movies over the years and really isn't pertinent to this review or the travel center itself most likely, so I'll limited the amount of your time I waste if you're reading this review. Since most people abandoned the use of the Morse Code long ago and chose to speak using the phonetic alphabet verses call letters this lingo develop (interesting huh) "R" was spoken as "roger", still indicating that a message had been received. "Wilco", is short for "will comply". "Over" is used when only one person can speak (successfully) at a time. It means "I have finished speaking for the moment, but am expecting your reply - go ahead". "Out" means "I have finished speaking, and the conversation is finished; don't reply" "Do you read me"refers to hearing a signal clearly enough to be understood so if you do I recommend stopping here if you need gas, a snack, a lottery ticket, or a cold beer - there you have it... read more

This is now Pilot gas. There is a Wendy's attached. The largest and cleanest gas station restroom I have ever seen! Multiple stalls and sinks. Large and clean! The convenience store has a good selection of donuts and coffee choices. Spacious with Friendly cashier. Off of 26 East at Prosperity, SC. read more

Stopped to get gas and coffee at approximately 3:50AM to find the cashier sitting in a chair texting on her cell phone. My wife was going to buy some coffee but decided not to due to the fact they were out of both sugar and creamer. Then we went to pump some gas and decided to wash our car windows but the buckets were almost empty and it was so nasty dirty that we didn't bother to wash the windows. The cashier also didn't even know her gas pump numbers when asked. Also she wasn't wearing her face mask. read more

This store is run by lazy and inefficient mouth breathers - the handicap bathroom was locked and the men's room was a melting disaster of filth- broken sink faucet, broken air hand dryer. filth and disease everywhere - employee wearing a protective mask on her chin and looked about as excited and welcoming as death.... what a horrid experience....... read more

If I could give it a zero, I would! 4am, stopped in for some hot coffee to start my day. 3 employees on site, 1 fixing themselves a soda, the other 2 standing outside smoking.
