This is your truck-stop deluxe, redirect if you're a professional driver who's on the road 96 hours straight. They offer much beyond the overpriced sodas, snacks, and dried up rotating wieners. They also have showers that (upon a cursory glance) looked civilized. Curiosity got the better of me as to how that works: a charge, fee, how much? Being too shy to ask, I inquired of Google, which tells me that, yes, there's a charge in most cases, $10-$15, soap, towels provided (reasonable!), but due professionals who is in a certain amount of gas/diesel (50 gallons was suggested), they get a code for a free or reduced-cost wash-up. Or only concern was getting the EV charged up to get going again. 56 cents per kwh is no bargain ( hence, not 5 starts), but when you're traveling like we were, you don't count the cost. Stopped by for gas and to use the restroom. The restroom was clean, and they stock pretty much everything you'd expect at a convenience store. Wife and son picked up some drinks. A cup of only ice set me back 55 cents. read more

This is a nice convenient stop right off the interstate. The fuel prices are the lowest in the area. The restrooms were clean and well maintained and there is a wide assortment of snacks and drinks. There is also a Subway that offers freshly made sandwiches. They bake their bread on premise and the aroma is all around as soon as you enter. read more

Cheap gas but.... Went in to the truck stop to check out what they had for food options. There is a steak and shake and a subway. I went into the steak and shake to look at take out. There was 1 employee sitting in a booth on their phone, and another at the drive up window eating ice cream. Neither one looked at me or acknowledged my presence. I then went to the subway and stood there while the 2 employees laughed joked with other customers. Neither one acknowledged my presence. I left the truck stop with no food. It's one of the worst pilot truck stops I've been in. I'd give no stars if I could. read more

I stopped here at this Pilot for the night at around 12:00 p.m (noon). After i showered i grabbed me a sub from the subway and "almost" all of the store employees adjacent to the subway stood there and just watched me in the subway line. That was an uncomfortable feeling. Why, are your workers standing around like that making your customers feel some type of way? They all need to do better. That's not proper customers service. Do better people or find a position that does not deal with customers since nobody seems to know how to provide proper customer service to customers that's just shopping and/or passing through for whatever reasons!! read more

Coming from a driver who has been on the road for nearly 15 years. This is one of the most disgusting pilots I have ever been to. Inside and out it is nasty. I understand everyone's perspective is different, but this place is ridiculous, the whole place stinks, not just the bathrooms. the pumps are slow and leaking, and there is trash all over the parking lot. You can tell that it is very poorly maintained. read more

I tend to occasionally stop at Pilots on my road trips because I can take care of my business in one stop. A ten minute gas stop here & I couldn't get out fast enough. If you are a female & it is pouring down rain I suggest you do not get out of the car. There are standing pools of water in the parking lot, by the pumps, & at the entrance. So from my knees down I was completely soaked. This Pilot could use improvements in areas of food preparations, handling, monitoring, & storage. The food looked like a breeding ground of bacteria that has not been tended to for days, take your chances with the Steak & Shake in the next room. Also the gas wasn't all that cheap so no fill-up here. The female restroom don't do it! Now if the puddles of urine, flies, & roach on sink doesn't deter you then go for it but I just couldn't do it. What a waste of time I will not be stopping here on my way back or ever again. read more

Good place to stop and stretch your legs for a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and the bathrooms are fairly clean, and they have more than one stall in the women's bathroom which was a plus! Steak and Shake and Subway are on the premises too so you've good food options, yay!! However, we did not eat there so I can not vouch for the food. read more

Bathrooms haven't been cleaned for days. Completely disgusting, especially the woman's. Hygiene dispensers were overflowing and smelly No hand sanitizer in dispensers. Gas pump area needs garbage clean up. read more

It's really filthy. Floors, counters, shelves, bathroom, it was all quite filthy. Semi/RV/trailer signs are gone, so figuring out what part of this location you're supposed to bring your rig isn't clear. read more

I stopped in for had and I always use my Pilot RV PLUS card. After gas I went in to get a Subway sandwich. After getting my order I used my Pilot Card and it would not take the card. The manager refused to come over and assist in trying to take care of the problem. She told the young gentleman behind the register at the subway place in this was a pilot machine, that couldn't run it like a credit card there's nothing they can do about it. I told him that RV plus corporate card not like that's a credit card but it needs to be bring up as corporate. Told her that she needs to get over and help and told him to get her to come over and help to get it situated so I can use my pilot card. She wouldn't come over to help and she said can't ring it up like a car there's nothing you can do about it. She needs to be cleaning the store and no longer be a manager as far as I'm concerned. Well, I called to district office and told them what took place. The lady on the orher end was always saying, I know, I know. That should never have happened. She aboard me she was going to send it up further in the chain of command. That someone would be getting in contact with me. No one every did. I made the complaint to district in the same day, 15 minutes after it happened. Today is 02/03/16, and still no call from higher up. read more

Wow, this is the dirtiest Pilot I have been to! Sticky door handles and yucky floors as employees play around and chat with the broom in hand. Too bad. With diarrhea on the only stall for men, my son was so grossed out that he waited until we left the county, just in case it was a "local" thing. I'm not sure what the heck is going on there. read more

Fill one empty another. This place is a truck stop so you already know what to expect. The place is nasty from the pump area to the restrooms. I filled up my tank of gas and it was one of the cheapest. Then relieved my bladder for another handful of hours on the road. read more
