They keep raising their prices on deli items. More for less. I rarely buy food items any more. 2 for $5 pizza is still the best deal, if you are not KETO. It amazes how special truck drivers think they are; trash cans close, but they leave bags and other items in their parking spots. We walked into the Pilot, spoke, and the three (Caucasian) workers just looked at us. One of my younger brothers spoke again, a man, who appeared to be a manager, just looked at him and didnt speak. Other (Caucasian) customers came in and the shift in attitude what was very notable since they actually spoke, smiled, and carried on conversation with them. My brother was ready to make a purchase and when he walked up to the counter to be serviced, the "manager" looked at him and just walked off as if he wanted nothing to do with him; he then had to wait for one of the other workers to come and help him. As I was walking through the aisles picking things out, the other workers that werent doing anything were just standing and staring with these snide looks on their faces. Most uncomfortable thing ever and it took every ounce of strength in my not to say something smart or throw a bottle of water at one of their heads. Needless to say, we got out of there as quickly as possible. Not sure if its even worth writing a Yelp review about this place - Im pretty sure they dont even have access to computers in this city or are intelligent enough to use the World Wide Web. I will definitely be filing a complaint at a higher level about this ridiculous location!

OMG! I just had the best experience today at the pilot gas station in Whiteland! There were two…read moreemployees, guy and girl (sorry, I didn't get names)and the one guy was just dancing to music and looking like he was having a great day and really happy to be there. Both of them looked very happy and were joking with me. They had big smiles and actually talked with me about how my day was going! It was just an overall good experience!

When I parked, there were quite a few vehicles parked in the lot but not so many people in the store. There didn't seem to be parking in front of the store but people were doing that anyway. Since it's a newer building there is plenty of room to get around people, although they all seem to be crowded at some point in time. I only stopped to get a soda (no, sorry, I don't say pop!) and everything worked well, but their lids never seem to stay on the 32 ounce cups, for whatever reason. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. As I was exiting the building, someone decided to park almost where I was standing--watch out!
