We came during prime dinner time and we got lucky enough to get seated at a table without a reservation. That being said, this place was busy! So definitely book a reservation if you want to come, I think we just got lucky that day. I ordered the New York strip with buttered spinach and baked sweet potato. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The steak was not overly salty, it's got just the right amount of smokiness to it. Great texure, not chewy at all, just melts in your mouth. The sides were cooked perfectly, I literally have nothing to add. We also ordered a fruit salad, which was extremely fresh and also refreshing to counterbalance the heaviness of the main entree. Server was very busy attending another large party, but still made sure to check in on us once in a while. Gosh if I ever come back to Krakow, I'm definitely paying this place another visit. The waiters were rude start to finish, we topped up our own wine whilst watching others around us being topped up, not one person asked if we enjoyed our meal or if our meat was cooked to our liking (which it wasn't) whilst they asked most other tables. We waited 25 mins after finishing our main course before anyone asked if we would like dessert or our bill, I had to call the waiter out. The main waiter in the garden didn't serve us but served every other table. Absolutely appalled by the service at this restaurant, I'm well travelled and eat in good restaurants and I've never paid good money for a meal and received such terrible service. Safe to say I won't be back I'd also like to clarify that as much as we were smart casual we were in no way dressed in such a manner to receive this level of service... disgusting. I definitely would not recommend dining at this restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and then response I received was "well how much do you want to pay?"
