I started with prior business and they took over. never received a rental agreement, contract, or told about their business. but I figured it out. all about money. they forced me out by raising rents from 99 to 200 a month! manager was decent but communication was terrible. no chat, no way to contact anyone except call and you have to wait over ten minutes just to speak with someone and then typically you had to get a call back when the one person who knew anything could answer a simple question
