I needed a quick take-out option and have been to the Pincho Factory located in Orlando before, so I decided to give this one a go, since it's been quite some time. This location is in a shopping center with many other different food options. I ordered for to-go and waited about 15 minutes for my order. I waited inside and sat at picnic table, which was super sticky and I did not want to touch it at all. They give you a buzzer when you order and it's just a great way to inform customers their order is ready without overcrowding the pick-up section. Given in the name, you'd think l'd order their pinchos, but there was something else on their menu that caught my eye. I ordered the "Toston Chicken" because they use 2 fried plantains as the "bun" to this sandwich! Haven't heard of or tried that before, so I knew I had to get it! The chicken was well seasoned and juicy, the cheese was melty and the cilantro sauce made this sandwich the perfect bite! I ordered this as a combo, which came with fries and a drink. The fries were very good, seasoned well and crispy. The only thing about the fries that made them disappointing is that they were not hot or even warm. I opened the box right after receiving the order for a quick snack and was disappointed with their temperature. Oh man. I've heard about this place for years. I tried the one in Fort Lauderdale a few years back, it was very mediocre. After multiple people brought this location to my attention in the last few weeks, I caved in and gave them another shot. Very glad I did. The service is okay, the person that took my order was new and a little timid. He was polite though. My original intention was to go with a leaner option like the pinchos, but when I saw the picture of the fritanga burger I couldn't bring myself to stay disciplined. Fritanga burger has cole slaw, crema, quest frito and I topped it with an egg. The patty was juicy and all of the flavors went so well together. I loved this burger. I also had their sweet potato tots which were the best sweet potato side I think I've ever tried... but their cajun fries take the crown. They're insanely good. 5/5 ($8.49 + $1.00 for the fried egg). I've ordered food here once before and the first time it was pretty good. However, my family and I recently ordered from here to have some food to celebrate my sister's birthday. I was pretty disappointed. I ended up ordering the Build Your Own plate meal with Vaca Frita (Braised Beef), fries and tostones. Additionally, I ended up getting the Toston Burger as I had that before from the last time and a side of the seasoned fries. I will start off with the fact that the Tostone Burger was a good option. That didn't disappoint and I am happy with the unique idea. Now in regards to the plate of food I ordered. Despite the portion sizes they give you, the food from the build your own plate was certainly lacking. The side order of the original fries pales in comparison to the seasoned fries. The regular fries were not crisp and just too soggy and thin for my liking. I would've opted for the rice had a known the fries would've been ok. The tostones were ok. I knew this already as the tostones are almost too thin where they are too tough/hard to eat. It seems as though they add excess seasoning to the tostones to compensate for the texture. The main part of this entree I was looking forward to was the Vaca Frita. Sadly that was the one thing lacking in portion size and even the beef itself was dry and almost flavorless. I have to say, I don't understand all the 3 star reviews for this place. I have been here a multitude of times and I have never had a problem here. This latest time I decided to try ordering through their app because they have a rewards program so I decided to try it out. The app is very easy to understand and you are able to make all the customization for your meal that you would want to, as if you were at the restaurant itself. For this trip, I placed an order for the Chicken Tostone burger and let me say, it was pure bliss. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning on it was spot on. It was a very nice size breast, and honestly very worth it for the price of the burger. The tostone "buns" were cooked perfectly, and had the right amount of crunch to them. The best part was that they were not oily or greasy and that was definitely something awesome in my opinion. Their special sauce they put on the sandwich is to die for, it is a creamy style sauce with the perfect amount of zest and it is not overpowering at all. I ordered a side of the Cajun fries and oh boy, those things were spectacular and are now giving any seasoned fries I try, a run for their money. This is our go-to midweek takeout when life gets hectic and we have to feed our family in a pinch. Food is good and price is fair. We love the chicken kebab pincho plate and the lemon vinaigrette is my favorite. However, my review is prompted by lack of customer service. I always place online orders to go. I have probably had to drive back at least three times in recent memory because of a missing item. It's always the beans that are missing. And we have to get back in the car and drive back because if you're a parent to a preschooler who loves beans, there's no other choice. It's a huge inconvenience. Please train your staff to be detailed enough to not miss key items-- any items! We walked up and ordered and were delivered our food to the table we were sitting at very quickly. The place was well lit and the staff was friendly and patient. The Perfecto burger and Cajun fries are my favorite thing on the menu. My burger was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly made. The Pincho sauce, the caramelized onions, and the tiny potato sticks in the burger are the perfect combo. Thinking about it is already making my mouth water. I really would give this fast casual restaurant a three and a half star rating. But the service I received was so wonderful that I made it a four-star. The cashier was great at explaining the menu since I've never eaten here before. The person who brought my food was patient when I ask for more mustard and ketchup. He checked in during my meal to see if I needed anything else. They were just really nice guys and that is a great reason to come back here alone. I will start with the fries. They were served pretty hot and not terribly salted. They had a nice flavor to them. Probably not the best ones I've ever had but they were good. The pincho burger was also good. The bun was fresh and the burger had a great flavor, especially with that delicious cheese on top of it. I am not too much of a fan of those little potato sticks they put on top of the burger. I can't believe tonight was my first night dining at Pincho, especially as there's a location that's a lot closer to me. After tonight's experience, I will for sure, be a repeat customer! He had some nerve to do that, but it felt more comfortable once the A/C kicked on. So I'm kind of glad he did that! LOL The restaurant was spotless and the employees were wearing masks, so it felt safe. The employees were friendly but I felt the service was slow. It may have been because a lot of customers were walking in and picking up their online orders. So those orders may have been placed before we placed ours. The advertisement of the Pincho plate caught my eye. I ordered the Pincho plate with a chicken kebab along with a side salad with a lemon vinaigrette dressing and white rice and beans. I throughly enjoyed my meal! I was shocked with how tasty my food was. My husband ordered the Pincho burger and a large side of tostones. He probably should have added an extra party as the size of his burger wasn't impressive. We both thought the tostones were some of the best tostones we've ever had. Especially dipped in their cilantro lime sauce. We ordered our daughter a side of white rice ($1) and a side of beans ($1). They changed the art on the side of the wall which I'm a huge fan of decor and anything that is well decorated. To the food, I ordered the tostones burger combo which came with fries (glass, cajun or sweet in their terms). I decided to have the fried cheese add on with bacon inside the tostones burger to pair with my cajun fries. It is extremely flavorful with those add-on. The burger meat was cooked about medium with 2 thin tostones which were perfectly crispy. The cajun fries were narrow drizzled with sauce on them which added even more flavor to the cajun fries. The burger itself took me over the top as I was only able to finish half my fries. I was completely full mostly from the burger. This is definitely one of the spots I crave once in awhile to get a fix of a quick tostones meal that is not the norm when it comes to having tostones in a dish. read more

Pincho is one of those restaurants that belong in the discussions of what is the best fast food burger joint. I ordered their signature Pincho burger and asked for it to be cooked medium rare. You also have the option to add extra topping such as bacon, egg, or an extra patty for an up charge. Although the patty was not cooked to medium rare, the patty itself had good seasoning and the sauce enhanced the flavor of the overall burger. The burger was cooked medium well and if it were to be cooked medium rare it would have been one of the best burgers that I have tasted. Overall, it was a solid burger! I have the pincho burger, which was fair. It was cooked almost to a point of being burnt. The outside was very crisp and the meat in the center was a little dry, but the special pincho sauce made up for the dryness. I was quite disappointed with my order at Pincho Factory. I placed an order online using their app and made my way towards the restaurant. Strangely enough, on my drive over, I received an alert on the app stating the order had been picked up. Clearly on the road and knowing nobody else in my family would have possibly picked up my order, I decided to give Pincho Factory a call to see what happened. I was answered by a young woman who put me on hold three times and never once answered my question if they had the "physical order" of my veggie burger and sweet potato fries within the vicinity. Each time she put me on hold, she kept reiterating that the order was "in the system", but never mentioned if the order was with her or in the kitchen, physically. After growing quite annoyed, I asked her to put the manager on the line. The manager picked up and immediately reiterated that the order was "in their system". Once again, I asked if the order was "physically" with them. He put me on hold to go check and finally admitted it wasn't. When I asked him where it went, he appeared dumbfounded and couldn't honestly tell me who picked it up or where the product went. He told me he could remake the order, but because I was already irritated by this restaurant's lack of communication and efficiency, I instructed him to provide me a refund. While I understand that this particular Pincho Factory gets busy at times, they should be more aware of who they give to-go orders to, and should be able to provide clear answers when asked a simple question. I understand if they were overwhelmed, but with so many orders moving through their vicinity each day, you'd think they'd be used to the hectic work schedule by now. This is a casual quick service restaurant, your best bet is to dine in OR if you're going to order thru delivery, I highly suggest setting your oven on preheat. I do this anytime I order out so I get the best out of the meal. Cold fried cheese is only great when you're drunk or hungover so .... I've ordered the Toston Burger and asked for their Veggie Patty which is made w/ black beans. I added the Fried Cheese to make it healthier, wink wink... and DAMN it was amazing. Especially with a cold brew. The Vaca Frita bowl is also very flavorful and filling. You might need to ask for sauces b/c I've been served many times without the sauces that the meal comes with. I expect this already from quick services spots so it doesn't bother me. This doesn't take away from the fact that the food is actually good and everyone who needs a cheat day should be coming here. I tend to order Uber eats or on the mobile app when I get food from here mostly because the plaza is a nightmare to get in and out of and find parking. Things I have ordered here are - toston burger (LOVE when it's correct, but sometimes they make the burger very dry and hard) - keto salad / bowl (I don't know bc it seems there's confusion on this item and keeps getting removed from Uber eats but stays on the app and menu) - pipos choice and classic chicken sandwich (pretty good not usually any errors) - Cajun fries (hit or Miss could be crispy and delightful or could be soggy sometimes I even air fry them at home love the sauce that comes with it. They also sometimes will give you barely any at all and skimp or fill it way too much doesn't seem to be a pattern lol) - sweet potato tots (also hit or miss could be soggy and gross but when they're cooked well it's delicious especially with the apple butter omg) Today I got a Keto bowl There weren't any tomatoes but still overall fine. The pinchos are always good though I typically get steak or shrimp. Prices are fair for what you're getting I think. I still order from here and seems it's given to me correctly maybe a little more than incorrectly and it's worth when it's correct, very yummy. Good for them on their continuing success and expansion. This location is right by my house and bottom line, they just make really solid burgers.
