Very impersonal environment. I have less of a problem with ordering from an app, so long as there is adequate descriptions of the food and beverages. However, the food descriptions were minimal and the beer and wine had nothing about the flavor notes. The bigger issue, in my opinion, is that you serve yourself by going to the bar to pick up your food that is served on an awkward to carry plank. Despite the fact that it is almost completely self-service and this is Sweden where tipping is not a big thing, the app suggests a 10% tip when you go to pay. On top of this the pinchos ranged from okay to surprisingly bad. I ordered six plates, the best of which were the olive plate (near impossible to go wrong here) and the mushroom risotto. Coming in last were the sausages that were dry and crispy, and I could not get through more than two of the little guys. I hate to leave unfinished food but it was generally salty and greasy and I couldn't suffer another bite. I then made the mistake of trying to cleanse my palette with the watermelon sorbet that was not as refreshing as it sounds and more like candy. Definitely a flavor little ones would go for. The one good thing I can say is that the server that helped me set up the app was very helpful and sweet. read more

This was my second trip to a Pinchos, the first being in Karlstad. We were a group of 4, and only one of us could get the app to communicate with our phones. The bizarre part is that 3 of us had been at the Karlstad location and it worked flawlessly. 2 days later, we all received the secret codes via text in about a 10 minute span. To solve the problem we borrowed the store ipad, and it allowed us to order the food. The food was tasty! I particularly like the haloumi fries. Most of the tapas are on the greasy side, so it would be nice if they offered some more fresh options. It is definitely a fun experience, but would be more fun if we were not fighting technology. read more
