The stretches never went too far, but that said, I did feel the stretch. They weren't too painful just a little uncomfortable at times. The private therapy rooms, were appreciated, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during heat therapy. James and Eric were always nice, polite and constantly patient. He was realistic, encouraging, and pushing her steadily forward. He has been professional, informative and always had a sense of humor. Finally, he has tolerated all this parent's questions. The rest of the staff was lovely and the front desk was accommodating with schedules and billing clarification. If we need to return for PT we will certainly head back to Pivot with Julius.

The care this treatment center provides is amazing and the relationships and community within the building are truly so special. They're extremely open, welcoming and caring. It's truly the epitome of a judgement free zone. Mountain Manor Treatment Center provides services and care to individuals, both minors and adults, who are and/or have struggled with addition. Typically drug related, at least from my experience with individuals I have worked with. The growth, resources, love, and laughter the workers provide is truly one of a kind and I look forward to volunteering here more.

There were mini sodas, coffee and apples available outside of the ICU room for visitors. We were asked if we wanted a Pastor to come and pray and we said Yes. A very kind Pastor came to the Hospital, as she was on-call. Very lovely and kind. Ended up paying for $5 for my 2+ hour visit. Easy enough to drive into the parking garage. When exiting, be very careful! Once you get towards the bottom, the garage becomes tight and its a tight spiral to drive out

Upon arrival at UMMS Midtown, there were very few people in the waiting room and before my bracelet was even on my wrist, my name was called and I was shown into an examination room. Dr. Matilsky and the entire team at UMMS, Midtown were thoroughly professional, kind and caring. I was seen to promptly and back home in less than 2 hours with prescriptions waiting for me at my preferred pharmacy. I couldn't have been in more capable hands and am grateful for the care I received at their hands.
