Trash is everywhere all of the time. Dogs off leashes pooping everywhere from the grass to the cement. partying all hours of the morning leaving behind even more trash. Tons of kids running all over with bikes, scooters, and bats. They jump on cars. Drug deals being done in broad daylight. Dont ask rhe manager for any help she has too many jobs and personal problems to deal with her actual job. Rules do not apply for her or for her family that she has let move in here and make it even more junky. If you come for a tour she will be nice until your leased is signed!

The property manager is a very honest and caring person and that's what makes all the difference! If ever an issue with said neighbors the property manager quickly handles everything!
