I was pleasantly surprised when I went the first time, but today was only for a small item return.. I noticed so much of their clothing is a higher quality than two of their competitor stores, however that was not what I came in for originally so went for what I was seeking. Truth is when the hubs went to his Mother's for the weekend a few weeks back and I was free to be me, shop; I came here for the first time, just to browse for things I may need for kitchen or baths. At any rate, everything was so nicely displayed, the store is very clean, the upscale clothing just beautiful....the Karl Lagerfield blouse I saw today when I ran in to return the small item well, I do believe I must have it so I will return this week. The clerks in the store are so very nice, helpful and even have a sense of humor too. Very nice experience...

I came here looking for school clothes for my daughter and t-shirts for myself. I was able to get…read more10% off on the clothes. They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

This location is bigger than the one in "old" Magnolia on 1488 and they have larger selection of items in here. The store was tidy and associates were stocking the shelves. The gentlemen who was working as the cashier was very friendly and polite. This location is farther away than the other DT in Magnolia, but I think I like this bigger one better.

I had management curse at me I was totally unacceptable why need to get that dollar tree in old magnolia there and I'm a grandmother and my grandkids were with me I'm so upset, especially because my grandkids were with me anyway y'all need to get that store in order get new management do something. I am not gonna go somewhere else to have management cuss at me when I go there two or three times a week. I spend at least $100 a week in your store if that all ended that all ends today.
