Every time I come in the open "gym" there is a water heated bed to massage your back, then there is a masseuse to massage your back for approx. 5 mins. You also have power plates which is vibration therapy (can work up to 10 minutes +). Then there is the adjustment bed and neck stretch area. All these things are SO worth it.
