I'm sitting in the chair for my pedicure as I write this. I'm new to the area and this is my first visit to this salon. My tech has already done one big negative. I looked down as he finished filing my toenails and saw that it was a VERY used nail file. And now I'm a bit grossed out at the foot scrub, which appears discolored. They touch the bottle opening to their dirty implements, every time. No sterilization was done in the 45 minutes I have been here. My nail tech simply put everything back on his cart and pushed it to the side. Yep, I'll be using alcohol when I get home. Nicely decorated establishment. Went here for a couple of pedicures at $30 a pop. The ladies that did our pedicures were attentive and did a decent job. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst either. Just average. I would go back if I were in the area and needed a pedicure. read more

STAY AWAY. I got my eyebrows waxed here. She rushed through and was impolite. I still had pieces of wax on my face when I walked out and she didn't even clean them off with alcohol afterwards. I'm not the one to ever write a review about a company, let alone a bad one. I recently needed to get my nails done for my engagement photos and live in the general vicinity. The manicure I received was horrible! I could have done them better myself. The staff was not only rude but rushed the services provided. I left completely in tears since engagement photos are a big deal to one getting married. I will never go back and in fact I hope no one ever receives such bad service as I did. read more

Tried multiple times but today is the last time. Gave it another shot due to them bring open on Sunday and wanted a pedicure. They were very unorganized I getting clients back for services. The lady doing my pedi barely massaged my legs...I kept thinking she was going to do more but didn't. I also paid extra for cloud treatment and she didn't spend much time with that either. I pointed out on both feet that there was polish that needed to be cleaned up off of my skin. She looked at it close but then did nothing. Another patron sitting next to me was not happy either and said it was her first time there but now also her last time. There are other places who charge the same or less that do a MUCH better job. The people at this salon are so rude and are in a rush for no reason!! Never going back here again! The lady didn't even paint my whole nail! My nails are all uneven, there's air bubbles in all of my nails because she did them in less than a minute!! I do not recommend this place to anyone! I left a positive review after my first time here. I would like to retract that. When I walked in, I was informed that Danny no longer worked there. No problem. They seated me and a lady started taking of my polish. She informed me that my fill would be $40. I told her that I had been paying $30, and even pulled up my online banking to show her proof. She started taking to the owners wife in front of the store. She said that Danny was charging me $40, even though I showed her the proof. The owners wife literally yelled at me, saying 'if you don't like it, you can follow Danny to his new place, if you don't want to pay $40 you can just leave'. I've never been more humiliated in my life. She just walked away, and the girl that was taking off my polish got up and walked away also. Anthony disappeared in the back, leaving his client sitting there. I wanted to speak to him, but nobody would go back there and get him. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I've been getting my nails done for 25 years in many different States and have never experienced anything like this. Do yourself a favor and go some place else read more

I live in the area and have tried multiple times to give this place a chance, and I try to like it and I have to say, it's just not worth the money to come here. I've just never had a great experience. Not terrible-but not great either. They do the BARE minimum for 20 and always seem to be in a rush. They are not very friendly and I always feel that they are almost inconvenienced or bothered when Ive come in. They seem unhappy and stressed out, and the only truly social and nice girl I've had was ironically super young. I believe she said she was still in high school or just started college. This place survives off of a demographic of repeat customers (usually people who either have no other comparative or go here because it's a location of convenience) because if it weren't for that I don't see how they are still around. read more

I get pedicures about once a month up in MI where I live and have tried many salons. I'm in FL and got a pedicure here today with 'Lily'. OMG, one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. Not only did she do wonders on my hoof like feet but the leg massage was the best ever. Hot stones, hot towels, scrubs, massage. I could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing. From now on I may postpone my MI pedicure when I know I will be down in Riverview soon. read more

I have spent well over a grand in this place. I can tell you I won't be going back. To Mr Tran, you may want to inform your employees not to speak badly right in front of them as they are doing your toes. Do not think just because I am Caucasian, that I do not speak and understand Vietnamese. You may want to inform the young lady whom sits in the middle, with the pony tail and high voice not to talk smack while doing someone's toes. You may want to inform your wife not to partake. Even after reading some of the disturbing reviews and the owners response, my daughter and I decided to give this place a try. When we arrived I asked for a pedi and a mani and they said they were too busy for both so I opted for just a pedicure. To keep this review short I will just say my daughter's tech was less than pleasant, gave a very poor pedicure by cutting out several steps and applied the polish sloppy. After the pedicure she sat in front of my daughter's chair and folded towels. Unbelievable. My tech was friendly and did a fairly decent pedi, but I did not leave there feeling like I had a good pedicure. The thing I found most disturbing was that they did not sanitize their tools before or after the pedicure. That alone will keep me from going back. read more

I've been to this salon only twice. The first time, some girl looked at me like I was the reason she was in a bad mood, so I turned around and walked out. The second time I went was because it was close to another store I was going to. When I walked in, I said I wanted fills and a pedicure, and some person, who I think was a girl, pointed to the pedicure chair without smiling or greeting me. I said I wanted fills first. That's when I saw an attitude kick in. You'd think I asked for her wallet!! I should have walked out, but she pointed to her table, so I sat down. I asked if she could do square nails. She nodded and looked as if to say "duh". But after applying the acrylic, she began to file the corners. I said I wanted square. She said "Square, square?" I said "Yes, square". Her face looked as though she could bite through a metal rod. She grimaced with agony. The nails were not square, they were also crooked, and when I told her one was real long, she looked at me with such anger. Then when she went to polish them, she put polish on my fingers because her work was too fast and sloppy. I stopped before her mess got any worse, paid the store the $15 for the acrylic and walked out. Of course, I did not tip her and did not stay to get a pedicure. I was uncomfortable with the negative energy in this place and in this person. Needless to say, I will not go back there. My friend, who went there once, said "I told you". She was right, so I won't be going back there. They need to learn how to appreciate customers and treat us like we are paying their salary. Oh wait...we are !!!! LOL read more

I dont know where to start. Been here 3 times this was the 4th and each time it gets worse today was horrible. The technicians in the pedicure area also use this as their break/gossip/eating spot right next to me getting a pedicure needless to say my technician was paying attention to her coworkers and gossip instead of on my pedicure. After it was completed she left me in the chair so the polish could dry and never came back to put on my shoes after i realized she was doing someones manicure i got up put my shoes on and walked to the front paid and i swear i will never go back. Worst place ever my nails look completely sloppy. The staff are very rude. Half my nail on the right sides are thicker than the left side of my nails it's rediculous and the white tips don't even match. Some white tips are thin and some are very noticably thicker it doesnt even look good at all. Plus i was charged $30 just on a fill I have never payed that much just to get my nails refilled. I didn't get anything special no designs or diamond or anything just a pink and white fill I didn't even pay that much when I got my nails in the first place. This salon has increased the price of the basic pedicure without informing the public. It is no better than any other pedicure out there.

Oh its amazing how on June 27 , my daughter and I read a review by Anthony where he went on addressing that he was the owner of Pink and White Nails , he was defending his store,staff and all. We went one day after and got the worst service from an older chinese/vietnamese looking lady. She always rushes and tell client what you should have done. She did my pedicure and only scrub the sole of my feet, never touch the corner of my feet and as she doing that she was talking in her own language to another young worker and make gesture about my feet. Since Anthony said in the review that he was the owner I went to him to address my issue, the guy said that he was was Anthony but was not the owner, he sent me to Susan who did not try to address my issue. These people were very unprofessional and they have no respect to customers at all and you should be reported. My daughters nails were done also by the same lady who did my feet and were a mess , each nail had a different shape. It was a total mess, and whoever is reading this review take it a heart because its the truth.
