I had their filtered coffee and a piece of one of their in house baked cakes ( almond cake?). Both items were very tasty! The staff was super friendly and was quick to make my coffee! I was told that they make most of their pastries and cakes in house and looks like all their offerings are delicious. They had the cutest cookies and petit fours next to the register and I was tempted to buy them all! Actually later that night I got to try some more of their cakes and pastries! We tried a piece of their blueberry cheesecake which was really tasty. We also had an assortment of chocolate treats which were equally as good! We had our drink order taken by someone else who stopped working the outside tables, and after waiting a really long time for our drinks, we just checked to make sure the order was communicated in the change of servers. The new server got very upset and told us there were 30 people and things took time. Considering the drinks came very quickly after - and with our food - I think there had been a mixup, and I didn't love how it was put back on us. It's a nice place to have a conversation with friends, but not fun when you notice that conversation has become one of waiting and sharing restaurant mess-up stories. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme; won't come back I think.
