Alpine sent a large crew to clean windows after construction. To my horror I noticed multiple scratches on the glass after completion. The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it. I strongly advise against using this company if you care about protecting your home.

He was on time, friendly, and took the time to do a thorough site walk before getting started. He completed everything exactly as discussed, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even went the extra mile and replaced a pair of second-story floodlight bulbs that I couldn't reach. We'll definitely be calling Hasan again for future window and gutter maintenance. DO NOT USE!! They recently cleaned our roof. They did not protect our yard from the chemicals they…read moreused, which killed large areas of grass around our house. They also did not protect our landscaping, and we lost six bushes. They had a landscaper replace our bushes and seed in the dead spots. However, the reseeding did not work. We were told the only recourse was to add sod or reseed again. Brown's would not cover this cost. They have terrible customer service, so now we will have to pay to repair their mistake. Unless you want to deal with problems after their shoddy work is completed, look for another company!

I had one great experience and subsequent bad experiences. The first job was priced reasonably and…read morethe work was superb. Later jobs were quoted exceptionally high. I had numerous communication issues--calls and emails were unacknowledged. The reality is that we could not agree on the next steps on the current job of cutting a 1in by 6ft section and staining aboard. Modern Handymen wanted to charge me a minimum of $625 dollars for this job. I believe this is exceptionally high. So, what happened is that I needed up being charged $125 or more for three visits. The 2nd visit included recommendations to completely change our whole arrangement. All they did was remove three screws and left me hanging. We tried to work out this new arrangement, and communications were ignored. Then an unauthorized visit by the "master" carpenter occurred. not "rip me off." I clearly disagree they are definitely trying to do just that. I believe this business harassed, is untrustworthy, and is unethical.

We received a move out clean April 2026. Per the owner of the company, this included "Everything in…read morea basic plus baseboard, cabinets, inside of appliances and more thorough". After the clean was done we noticed the inside of the oven, the kitchen counters, a few cabinets in the kitchen, the upstairs sinks, parts of the shower, and behind the upstairs toilet were not clean. We brought this to their attention and the owner did not apologize and defended why it was not fully done by saying that the cleaner was there for 1.5 hours longer. No solution was offered either. Fast forward to today, I saw a collaboration they did with an influencer so I commented on it simply stating I did not have a good experience with them. The owner stated that we never told her that we had issues but we did. Now that I have made a public comment they want to know how to make it right but they should have asked that when we told them our issues to begin with instead of just defending themselves. We did not respond to her text because there was no apology, accountability, or solution in her text. I'm not saying she was rude, she just didn't really acknowledge the issues we had. She told us she has never had a bad review but also told us they are known for giving discounts and free cleans but you shouldn't have to do that with happy customers, right? My instagram comment keeps getting reported as "hateful" when all I said was "unfortunately I did not have a good experience with them". This is probably why you don't see negative reviews because they try to take them down. She also states that we received a $100 discount. She quoted us $250 and that is what we paid. She said it's because the deep clean is $350 but we did not receive a deep clean. We did not even receive the full move out clean. She states it's because the length of stay but why is your cleaner cleaning things such as walls when that is not what you said was included? I'm not sure why your cleaner was there for so long because we clean on a weekly basis for the most part. I love supporting small businesses but only when they provide good service and/or hold themselves accountable for their mistakes.
