Very hard to talk to someone in the branch. does not answer their phone…read moreso it transfers you you 1(800) number. when you do gat a person to answer the phone, they do not give you a call back as promised. Found over $300 in "service fees" from my teen daughters account. It was due to her transferring money from her savings account to her checking account online. they charge $10 per transaction!!! even though she did it with their app and both accounts are held with them. RIDICULOUS. We also have had trouble setting up a social security account and had to personally go in there 4 times before they would open the account.
