His took OVER 72 hours. Actually more like 120 hours if you include the weekend we had to wait! He was contacted numerous times by the buyer's agent that things were time sensitive. Not only to seller and buyer, but to other parties involved. Sort of like dealing with a doctor, waiting on results that concern you, but the doctor can't be bothered. If you're looking for someone to do a thorough job, yes. Like perhaps on something where time is not a factor. Maybe just a prelim to see where you stand prior to sale. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
