Constant interruptions on the mat once class has started, and management including owner flies by the seat of her pants. Belt upgrade is random, not as stated in the manual. Kids that just started can have more stripes than kids attending longer than some. Just overall very unorganized. Now when you try and cancel, contract says 60 days notice, however they will still charge you for 3rd month, by indicating the first month notice doesn't count, it's 60 days after that month. Unfortunately they get away with it unless you make a stop payment sooner. There is a reason this facility has high turn over with kids, just too bad they hurt their own customers by doing so.
