The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it.
