Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to get updates about the progress of the work. I sent multiple follow-up emails and made phone calls because I was not receiving responses or status updates. On several occasions, I had to contact the company again simply to find out what was happening with my project. After more than four weeks of delays, I was eventually informed that they were unable to complete the survey because they could not locate the necessary property markers. I was offered a partial refund of $1,750, which I did not accept because the contracted work was not completed. The lack of communication and the delay significantly affected my construction schedule. I was waiting for the survey and Minor Plat to move forward with my project, and during this period the cost of my building materials increased, creating additional costs that I am now having to document. On August 17, 2026, I sent a formal written demand requesting the return of my full $3,250 deposit within five days. The company acknowledged receiving my demand on August 19 and stated that they were working on the issue. As of August 22, 2026, I have not received the $3,250 refund. My biggest concerns were not only that the contracted work was not completed, but also how difficult it was to obtain timely communication and reliable updates about the status of my project. I would have preferred to resolve the matter directly and would be happy to update this review if the company resolves the issue.
