I was relieved to find that Decorations 4U were open on Good Friday and they had a huge range of balloons for various events and in numerous colours. Yes' The owner then asks the client to email him some photos of the birthday venue so he can make sure that enough balloons have been orders to suitably deck the place out. That's service for you.
