Needless to say - we pretty much licked our plates clean. It was delicious! A few observations, they have a pretty large menu, with about 10 grill options, 10 pasta options, and a couple dozen wood fire pizza options. Their wine list is quite good too. (We opted for the Hollick Cab). It has an open kitchen, which wasn't too bad since we were in the front, but I'd imagine if you were closer to the kitchen it would be quite loud - and you'd probably leave smelling a bit like the grill (which may not be a bad thing). For mains I had ordered the garlic prawns served with a rice pilaf. It was amazing. Generous with the prawns and garlic I was left very impressed with my meal. And I heard a few patrons gossiping about how this place treats their staff terribly at times. If you scroll down just a few months ago and a year ago, there are others complaining about this place for the same reasons (creating bad energy by yelling and swearing at staff). I believe morale represents food in a restaurant (being a starter of 8 restaurants myself), and seeing this made me uncomfortable, not to mention the food hasn't been good at all for months now (and my pizza? It was a 2/10 last night. That's being generous). I hate giving bad reviews and only ever do if they are due. This is not a country town, it's an inner city suburb. The order was placed at 3.30pm for delivery between 6.25pm-6.45pm. At 6.50pm I called Pacinos to check in as to whether the food was far away (we had kids waiting for food). I was told the food was waiting to be collected and had been ready at 6.30pm. I explained that I had ordered the food earlier in the day and was waiting for delivery. The manager, said that they don't do delivery. I explained that I had ordered from THEIR website where they offer free delivery for orders over $100. The manager said that the website had nothing to do with them and that I needed to come and get the food. Again I explained that I had used the Pacinos website - not a third party for the order, and they were responsible for delivering the food, as per their website. The manager asked if I wanted him to come to my house, hold a candle above his head and sing Happy Birthday to me. I asked to speak to the owner. The manger said the owner was overseas and 'good luck' trying to contact them. My husband and I decided to go to the store to get the food and show him the confirmation email screen shots confirming the delivery. On our way we received a call from an Uber driver saying the food was on its way. The food arrived at 7.25pm and was stone cold. Overall, a terrible, rude experience from Pacinos.
