I would not go to these clowns. If you can, drive to another completely different set of ear, nose, and throat doctors. I had nose problems for awhile. It was really a big deal to me. Get this fixed! I went to Pinion Hills Ear, Nose, Throat. Dr. Clark did a bit of surgery on my nose. Deviated septum. Something turbinates. After the surgery, I went home. I had roughly 4 days in a row that my nose did not get some kind of congestion. The stuff really bugs me. It effects my sleep. I told Dr. Clark as much and went in for a followup. The guy was more interested in sticking up for himself rather than take me seriously. "It looks good to me. Maybe use saline spray." That's very professional, but what do you expect when you live in a small town? You're stuck with the guy in your town. I went home. Came back a month later for another followup. I told the guy that I still have congestion at night. He wanted to explain what a good job he did. That was his attitude. Then he went on to say he uses Afrin every night. Three squirts per nasal passage. Really? A trained EN&T guy needs nasal spray every night? You mean to tell me he can't go to another EN&T guy for help? I thought he was b-s*itting me. In the end, I had the surgery and still have about 75% of the original problem. Since the surgery I went back three times, which is the right thing to do. Talk to your doctor. Tell him what's going on. With Clarke, well, I felt like I was talking to a wormy stick. All I got were comments about how good a job he did and maybe I should use saline spray. He suggested nasal strips. Don't work. He suggested nasal cones. Do not work. I can't afford to buy cure after cure, only to find out they don't work. I told the doctor the problem is further up. Nasal cones and strips do not work. They guy didn't seem to hear that. He was possibly insulted that I did not experience immediate and complete relief. For the record, I have tried 8 different congestion pills. I have used Nasalcrom and Flonase. I have sleep propped up. I have used Vicks vapor rub. I have tried to get a second opinion, but it would have been from a guy in Clarke's office. Like that'd go well. read more

Disgusting and incredibly privileged behavior from the clinic "manager," Crystal. I traveled over TWO HOURS to see a doctor today, only to leave within 10 minutes without being treated because my elderly Navajo mother needed assistance signing paperwork. The complete lack of compassion, understanding, and basic human decency was honestly disgusting. My time, gas, and money were wasted, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience over something that could have been handled with basic empathy and professionalism. And unfortunately, I can't say I'm entirely surprised considering this clinic is located in Farmington, a community with a long and painful history when it comes to the treatment of Native people. As a Navajo woman, watching my elderly Navajo mother be treated with such little consideration was deeply upsetting. I will be documenting this experience on multiple platforms in case this so-called company decides to delete or suppress my review. To caregivers, patients, and especially Native families: please seriously consider whether this is a place you want to trust with your care. Find providers who actually value your time, your money, and most importantly, your dignity. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Wilkey, I was not impressed. In fact I felt more violated than anything! His Bed side manners were TERRIBLE if you could say they even exist! He did not tell me what he was doing, or why, or see me as a person, he just shoved some cord up my nose without telling me! It was extremely painful! Even Pets at the vet get more warning than this!!! He also gave me some medication to mask my symptoms and did not get to the root cause. I've heard that the other Doctor here does a better job. If you have to see an ENT I would NOT recommend Dr. Wilkey. read more

I went here with my 2 year old daughter. While the wait was admittedly long, it was well worth it. We saw Dr Clark. He listened to my concerns about my daughters health and took action. It was so nice to have a doctor actually listen. He also had very good bedside manner. He than pulled several strings to get her into a necessary surgery a month and a half before he had any openings. Overall, 5 stars! I highly recommend! read more

Awful Awful Awful... Dr. Wilkie. Worst doctors visit of our life. I was referred here by my sons doctor, for my son to get his allergy testing. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen. Doctor walked in cleaning his teeth of food with his tongue. He barely even looked at either of us. Didn't touch my son one time. wrote on a paper and said come back for procedure another day. I feel like we paid $50 for NOTHING but awful treatment. It was already predetermined that we needed the allergy test, why do we have to come back miss more work more school and PAY again! I will cancel our return appt. and drive to Durango before I see this doctor again!!! I feel like renting a billboard to let everyone know how awful this doctor was! read more

So I have always heard of the long wait time with the ent doctors at this office. We have an 8 am appointment and sure enough it has been over 40 minutes of waiting to get seen. I know when I did call the office staff to set up the appointment my call was answered with just a "hello " I had to ask if this was the office of Dr. Clark.. the person on the phone was not having a good day. Unfortunately, we don't have many options on choosing a practice. I believe the next closest ent is in Durango . The physician was very thorough but the funny thing was the assistant helping out in the room was sniffling and instead of grabbing a tissue she Used her jacket sleeve to wipe her nose... hmmm. As we are checking out I notice one of the receptionist on her phone texting. I'm sorry but that is pretty upsetting to see especially when you know patients who are checking out are viewing your activity. I figured it was probably the same unprofessional staff who answered "hello" instead of identifying the office. Like I said we really don't have much choice but to go where we are referred for services. read more

Beware! Be prepared to wait fooorrreevvver! Be prepared to be treated like crap by the receptionists and the medical assistant. Wow! They seriously need to get off their high horses and provide some customer service. They also provide no patient privacy. From signing in on the clip board, to sitting in the exam, no doors, you can hear everyone's personal problems, Isn't that a privacy violation?! I sat in the waiting room and was called back 45 minutes after my scheduled appt. Then sat in the drs exam room for another 45 minutes. I guess double or triple booking patients to make money is their priority rather than actual patient care. I couldn't wait any longer. I left. I had to do things that day and had already wasted a hour and a half. It's bad enough I waited a month for that appt. To top it all off they had the nerve to tell me I can call back to reschedule?? Yeah right!! Do they seriously think I want to go thru that again? We may live in a remote town, but an ENT dr isn't too far a drive away to find. I give this place ZERO stars. By the way look up the reviews on other web sites. OMG! Same story. read more
