They were delayed at their previous job and saw heavy traffic on their GPS on the way to my appointment and texted me they would be later than promised and kept me in the loop, which was very thoughtful. They even removed a rub from my car's exterior without being asked, as they had heard from their boss I was selling the car!! Super thoughtful!
