Video games, bowling, laser, tag, Rockwall, and bumper cars. The challenge: my wife said that the women's restroom did not have any soap at any of the four sinks so unhappy wife equals... The customer service: although a very small gesture, we were here for a birthday party and while my son was playing laser tag, he lost his game card. I went up to the manager, Christin, and she was extremely understanding and accommodating, and quickly helped us with another card so that the fun could resume with minimal interruption! We attended a company event at Pinstack. Super excited to bowl, play games and laser tag. The bowling was super fun. We could have spent the whole night there. Private lanes and plenty of space to hang out. We had food, sliders, chicken strips, nachos and chicken sandwiches. The food was decent. The drinks were good, they were out of a couple of the less expensive wines, which would have been an issue if we were paying for it ourselves. I forgot to get dessert, the brownies looked really good. We played laser tag, and enjoyed the bumper cars. The ropes course was closed which I was bummed about. The arcade games were plentiful. Cool place to hang with friends and family! We went for a post-wedding gathering in the private bowling area and it was nice to have a secluded space to be able to be as loud and cut up as much as we wanted to. Just a heads up that the menu is stackedddd with options that are reasonably priced. My brother and I were torn between like 5 things to order each! During our Dallas trip we met up with our native friends and decided to go here for drinks, eats and of course bowling. Their happy hour was on point as drinks were $5. I had 3 IPA's and 2 Margaritas which hit very well!!! The wings were fried a little to hard for my liking but the pizza was very tasty. My Bro had to send his burger back because it was a little too done but the situation was corrected. The bowling experience was awesome. A group of us decided to take the birthday girl bowling. We had a time; I think we took over her celebrations. I don't bowl or haven't bowled in years, but Pinstack has changed my mind about how I need to get back to bowling. It's a big, pretty, very colorful place with a game room with real live bumper cars. There's two bars decorated each side of the room with plenty of seating. The menu isn't some five-item menu. The menu offers a variety of food. I ordered the nachos, and my friends ordered the pizza and more. The food was just as delicious as the eyes were to how beautiful and spacious this bowling alley was. My company put together a team outing at this location and I had a lot of fun. The combination of bowling and arcade games makes it enjoyable for people of all ages. One of my favorite things we did was laser tag. Felt like a kid again! Staff was on the ball the whole night making sure drinks were flowing and our food was stocked. Really appreciated them taking care of our large group. The chicken fingers were really good!! Definitely recommend. We recently had our office Christmas party here. While the experience itself was fun - the bowling, variety of games, etc - the food, for me, was awful. I was told in advance that a vegan option would be provided and I just had to go to the bar. My boss (who wanted a vegetarian meal) and I went to the bar & one of the bartenders radios for a manager for the vegan/vegetarian meals. Then we waited...and waited...when I asked the same bartender on status, she just said they knew we were there. So we left to find someone else. When we finally got the food, it tasted like it'd been waiting for us as long as we had been waiting for it. The vegan tacos were in flour tortillas and basically black beans & squash/zucchini with no sauce (how hard would salsa have been?!) or flavor (except the flour tortillas) and they were no longer hot. The vegetarian quesadillas were basically the same thing with cheese. I took 2 bites & couldn't do it. It was garbage. I appreciate the manager we found finally taking action to find the food for us but they just as well have thrown it in the trash it was so bad. read more

This was my first time dining here, and I must share my experience. Our group of five experienced a delay in the delivery of our dishes, with approximately 15-20 minutes between each course. Came here to hang out with a friend and his family and had a great time. For around 20 or 30 bucks we had hours of fun and games. One of the games wasn't working and took a bunch of credits and it took a really log time to get it situated, but thankfully they were able to refund my credits to my card. Had a beer on tap of blue moon, and it tasted terrible. Something was highly off with its flavor and for some reason it took the waitress a good five minutes to poor the drink and empty the foam and all the sorts. Sadly with all her effort it was the worst blue moon I've ever had. I also went to the bathroom and most the stalls had no toilet paper and it was completely out of soap. I told the staff and notified them I saw kids playing in the bathroom. In addition to mentioning they threw game cards in the toilets and even cups. Even after an hour later none of these issues were handled. We went back the next day for drinks, and the bathroom still had the same issue. Let's start with the facility. Space: This place has bowling, arcade area, a little outside area and a full bar/eating area. The bowling lanes are nice, and there were many delays when playing. I would have loved to see more sanitizing equipment out for us to use, but that's my preference. Service: SLOW. I came in on a Friday night with a group and it took them awhile to come and serve us. By the time people's food came out we were done playing our games. I did like that they had water sat out for anyone to grab and fill up. Food: Just eat before. I went here with my family for a birthday celebration. The bowling was fun but the food & server was horrendous. I ordered the brisket nachos and that was so nasty with big pieces of briskets in squares. The cheese and queso was runny. We also ordered the pizza that came out wrong. Cheese sticks that came out cold. One of my family members ordered cheese fries when we first got there and they did not receive them until we were ready to leave. They had to take back everything and after tasting the food it left a bad taste in our mouth. I tried to let the manager know in Food service and he had a nasty attitude. His name was Trevor. The only good thing about their Customer Service was one of the bartenders who was working hard because they were short staffed. I wanted to thank one of the Customer Service reps name Raven she helped us out tremendously by refunding our money, giving us a gift card for the horrible service. We had our annual company holiday party at this location for the first time. We had 160 friends and family for the party and had the dinner catered by Pinstack. The room they had us set up in was big enough for everyone and still walking room between the tables. Sound system in the room was a nice touch as we had prizes and awards for the employees. The buffet style dinner was set up right outside our room. We selected Chicken and Ham for the meats and for sides we had potatoes, Macaroni and cheese, salad for the adults and grilled cheese for the kids. So being a fat guy I went ahead and had both ham and chicken, both good but I thought the ham was a little better. The salad I wasn't a big fan of lol go figure. But as a fat kid I did have two helpings of the macaroni and cheese. The bar was awesome and adequately staffed, we had provided our employees with free drink coupons and the bar was able to keep up and was fun and friendly. Although I didn't bowl that area was nice with plenty of tables and lanes were glowing. The only complaint I had feed back on was the prices of the games. We provider game cards to our employees and they ran out of funds fast, so I'm glad we had the bowling as well. But seriously check your game prices they are high. So that's the reason for 4 stars. Pinstack's facilities themselves are beautifully designed and a total blast. The service, however, leaves much to be desired. I've been to Pinstack a couple of times now. The last time I came was for my birthday, and since it was a Friday, we ended up renting one of the VIP bowling lanes so that we could still bowl, since the regular ones were all filled up for the rest of the night. It was a bit pricey, but my friends decided it would be worth it. The bowling itself was really fun! The neon lights everywhere are so much fun and the interactive touchpad for each lane and TV screens are pretty interactive and have different game and competition settings that you can use! Trying to get any sort of service or orders in, however, is an enormous hassle. It took almost the entire time that we had to bowl to finally just receive some drinks that we ordered. We also ordered some nachos, but they never even arrived while we were actually bowling. We had to sit at a table and wait for them to show up for almost another twenty minutes AFTER no longer even bowling for them to even arrive. On top of that, trying to get a server to bring the check out and then bring it back after giving them a credit card was another enormous ordeal. The servers were extremely disinterested in what they were doing, not efficient or helpful at all, and really put a damper on the whole experience. We ended up not even finishing the nachos. By the time they had even arrived, we all wanted to do other things before the end of the night and quickly ate about half of them. Very disappointing. As for other facilities in Pinstack, the bumper cars are a huge blast!! They are actually fun, unlike most bumper cars. They go much faster than regular ones. Inside, there's mirrored walls and more exciting neon lighting everywhere, making the experience even more fun. All of the different arcade games on the main floor are also pretty fun and high tech as well. Everything inside Pinstack seemed pretty well maintained and clean for the most part as well, so that was also a plus. All in all, Pinstack is a pretty great experience, other than the extremely disinterested and slovenly service that you receive if trying to order ANYTHING. Go to Google review to see full review) ...Before I could get my point across to find some type of common ground with the one in control of the spirit of their restaurant, Al began to take a louder tone with me which I then asked him (politely and quietly) if he could lower his tone as he was getting emotional for no reason. He told me that I do not tell him to lower his tone. (At this point, I'm livid) I tell Al that I will be speaking to his superior about this ordeal and gave a few other choice words that were reflective of my frustration to which Al began to tell me that his next step was to trespass me and call Irving PD. Meanwhile my wife and daughter are in the game room and have no clue as to what has transpired in the 7 minutes that I was gone. Al, Trevor, and I continue to exchange words. My temper flares and I get louder. Then Al instructs Trevor to call the police to which Trevor responds, "I'm already on it." Al begins to direct me to the door to which I ask him if he is going to remove me himself and state that I am not leaving (without my family) and he will not move me, at all. I begin to walk to the game room which Al follows still agitating the situation and I respond as we are walking. I find my wife, who is clueless and confused, my daughter bewildered as I say that we have to leave, mind you, they were just expecting ranch dressing. Which is what I was expecting. We begin to leave and as we're walking out the door, Al continues to mouth off saying to Trevor, "See, he's not gonna do nuthin'!" I then tell Al about himself and since he was so much in my face that there are other ways that we can handle our disagreement, amicably, as men. The police arrive just as I make it to my car, which Al has left the entire front of the building and is now in front of my car waving down police and pointing to me as if I did something that would warrant such a fervent response. They got loud, I got loud. They said words, I said words. When the police officer got out of the car with a, "why did they call me for this" look on his face, Al begins to take the same tone that her initially took with me, when I asked him to lower his tone. The officer told him, "Hey buddy, calm down! You are not helping me at all!" (I have a video recording that begins at this moment) Al calms down and speak his peace. The officer comes over to me and says that he will just be giving me a warning and that I would not be able to step foot on the property of any Pinstack. I said that this would be totally fine. I give him my Identification and he returns to my vehicle saying "they decided not to trespass you". Insert blank-face emoji. This entire situation was ridiculous and uncalled for. The menu states there should be ranch. Fried food automatically comes with a condiment. A customer asks for a condiment for their hot food, you give it to them, plain and simple in whatever way that you can. Just because this is casual dining does not mean that your performance should let down your guest. I am the president and CEO of my own company and I have a background in hospitality and fine dining dating back to 2005. I've worked in some of the most luxurious restaurants in Dallas with the highest caliber of hospitality. These guys treated me like a thug. At Pinstack. On my wedding anniversary night. My wife ate cold fried pickles. My daughter didn't get to use her play card or collect her prized and precious rewards. This almost ruined our night, if it weren't for the fact that we just stepped in temporarily before the Main Event, Mexican Sugar. Which was a great experience. I request that the corporate ownership help to remedy this transgression and allow for my daughter to have a great night at Pinstack in the near future, hold the fired pickles. We just went to this location and purchased an all day pass. We were looking for a way to beat the heat and let the kids get out some energy. We had a great time and the staff was as helpful as they could have been given how low staffed they were. All and all I should of asked for a refund, not to mention half of the games I tried to play in the arcade were out of order. We had three lanes and also game cards with an hour of play loaded onto it. To start when we checked in to bowl there was a white woman there and we were black who immediately directed us to another man who was there who was clearly busy and he didn't acknowledge us for a good 2 minutes even though we were right in his face. The woman who directed us to the next guy did not seem to do anything after moving us to the next guy nor did she tell him she wanted him to help us. Then I paid $145 for the vip section and experience and it was everything but that. We did not have our names setup like I put during the my reservation we did everything the food was terrible and the music selection only catered to one demographic. we heard that a bowling alley had the best food do we decided to try this an it was amazing. my husband opted for the supreme pizza and unsweetened tea.
