Waited patiently in line for the two workers who were talking. The lady at the register finally called me up, seemed irritated like I was interrupting her life. Didn't bother to ask anything just stared at me like I was a bother. I proceeded to tell her I was there for a pick up, gave my name and quick description of my order. I said photo square box rather than photo cube and she swore she didn't understand the difference. The other woman working even told her what I said and she just rolled her eyes and mumbled "yeah...right." Changed her attitude after the fact, trying to let me know about deals but at that point it was pointless to even bother listening after that treatment. Won't be coming back again.

So waited got there when they opened, they lost a prescription and do not even have enough to fill it again. It's a controlled substance, so an investigation has to be opened. The answer I got from Kyle was it was either put in the wrong bin, or given to another customer by mistake. You have to show ID, so who is so incompetent working there now to do this? Then he tries to explain how busy they are since Rite Aid closed, everyone that goes there knows they are understaffed. For a city of 50,000 people to have 3 pharmacies is crazy.

After being so late without any notice and talking with 3 different associates, I finally got my shot. At no time was it acknowledged that I sat for 45 minutes for an appointment I had created in their website. Lastly, you would have thought one of the three would have apologized for the delay and horrible experience. I guess to them, this is business as usual. Since Patterson only has one Walgreens pharmacy, we are stuck with horrible service.

Many reviews complained that they wished they spent more but did get what they paid for the price. We found an outstanding unit , but out of stock in the Bay Area. Raul at the online center found ONE in Patterson so we ordered and planned to drive out to pick it up. We were notified five hours later that they could not locate the one unit that was listed. After calling multiple Walmart locations we went back to the.com customer service. Mark scoured the computer system all over Northern California and found two were available in Los Banos and made multiple attempts to contact them and have one held for us. We finally got a hold of Rene the manager in LosBanos in the sports department and she took her time to chase it down found they only had one left and was willing to hold it for us. So we packed her bags to get the special gift that fit all of the criteria are grand son wanted and headed down to pick it up and everything went smooth from there It is not often I can truly say that large corporate online services went way above and beyond all expectations. Also we found the exact same model at other competitors but they were definitely 25 to 50% more expensive for the exact same make and model. Rose to Walmart and they're truly amazing staff at the LosBanos and Dotcom offices.
