Unfortunately this shop employs 1 individual by the name of Mickey and he happens to be the most unprofessional, condescending, and sour human being I've ever met in sales. Clearly he is not the person that should be working in expensive firearm sales, and in the service of sales in general. I will never be going back to Top Gun after his unprovoked attitude and behavior towards me for absolutely no reason other than he was probably having a bad day. I hope he gets fired so I can become a patron once again !!!

I went today to the concealed weapons class today and Chad was the instructor. Was a great class!!…read more We had 9 students. Chad took the time to go through all the classroom material and I learned a lot. We all went out to the Cow Creek shooting range and it was awesome. Most of us were new to shooting a gun and Chad was so patient with each of us and gave us quality time. Never felt intimidation and felt safe and learned a lot.
