Our experience building our new home was great until we had to use this title agency for closing docs. They were not communicative at all. Laurel was rude, condescending and slow, despite acknowledging that we were trying to make a 3pm wire cut off time for our lender and it was 2:15pm. Ultimately, Laurel was the reason we didn't end up closing on time, as we were not made aware ahead of time that we needed a cashiers check, when in the other two home purchases we have been through, a wire would have sufficed. Like I said, not communicative at all, our realtor had to hound them to even communicated that we had closed. Found out today that my parents actually had to use the same title agency for their purchase a year and a half ago, and had the same experience with Laurel, so this was not an isolated experience. I had a personal loan for a lender ,the Interst is a 10 % that was supposed to be a 10 year mortgage.later to our discovery pioneer wrote the loan as a 30 year mortgage , laurel cook is the biggest lyer Ive ever met ,she recorded the signing of the mortgage documents and now she says that she has never done that ever in her life .so I geuss that's was a dream for me and my wife as it was happening,also I stopped her in the middle of the session and asked her point blank then when is my last payment due and she gave me the 10 year date .now what do we do they are thief's .they don't report our payments or any of payment history so we don't get any credit for the on time 9 years of payments .help there should be a law against this kind of corruption read more
