They are super fun and friendly. We took a class and enjoyed gelato! The salted pistachio is my favorite!! It is a must try. This gelato is kept in metal tins under counter level and is covered with a lid. This means the gelato is being stored at the correct temperature. A lot of places use bright colors (dyes) and piles of gelato (means they are using lots of vegetable fats and emulsifiers to stop the gelato from melting) to attract tourists. Stay away from those places.
