It is a tall gym that has 5 floors and a 90s-00s club vibe. It's really closer to a 4.5 for being a really good value for guests, but it's hard to give 5 stars if you're always waiting on equipment. Pros- full locker room with showers Free WiFi 10$ guess pass !!!! Hours are solid 600a (I know) to 1000p (I believe) Very good lighting and lots of windows Equipment and floor are clean Good amount of cardio equipment (and variety) Machines are newer matrix equipment Open roof for sunbathing Front staff is friendly (and speak decent English) Gym users had a friendly vibe Cons- Where are the Water fountains? Limited weights on the dumbbells (10-40kg) Also dumbbells are the old circle, bouncy kind Too crowded to switch machines, benches, etc Limited amount of plates for the few free weights. They had a great deal, I was able to get one month for only 11 euros! I will say, I recommended doing the registration process at home from a laptop. When I went in to sign up, I had to do it on my phone and it look quite some time for everything to load as I put in my information. As for the equipment inside the gym, I felt there was extensive options to choose from. Lots of cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), free weights, mats, etc. The place was very clean, too! The gym also offers a lot of group classes. Although I haven't tried one yet, I'm excited to check them out soon! I look forward to going here over the next few months!

Situation just across the park near Born district. Seeing a familiar gym with English was definitely a warm welcoming. Trying to find a gym (weights, cardio machines, ect.) in Europe is tougher than it seems. My girlfriend and I came here on the tail end of our European "food" tour. A much needed place to put all those carbs to good use. The gym was perfect and quaint. Had plenty of cardio equipment. Treadmills, stairs, and bikes. Had enough weights for the amount of people in there. They even had two squat racks and a deadlifting setup. TV's all over with ok music in the background. The gym trainers that signed us up for our 4 day pass were extremely friendly and spoke great English (our Spanish isn't). For a place to get a great workout in Barcelona, I would highly recommend. Definitely a great place for locals and even tourists like ourselves.

There are classes throughout the day, a spinning room, weight machines, a large free weight and stretch room, suspension cables, pool, spa, turkish bath, treadmills, etc.., etc.. Yes, everything! Oh, and there's even a beauty center for facials, and massages. BUT THE BEST PART for me was the free session with a personal trainer. He takes into consideration your age, weight, health concerns, and all other aspects of your body and then sets you up on a program. You're given a fob key to plug into all the recommended machines and the screen will instruct on seat position, amount of weights, and the number of repetitions. It's like having a personal trainer with you everyday at the gym. The staff here are all very friendly (and attractive, lol) and are very helpful. Showers are large and private. Oh, and don't forget your toiletries! Locker area is quite spacious as well. There are a few locations around Barcelona, Madrid, and other international cities and members get access too all of them. Obviously it's a little pricier than the other gyms, but IMHO it is totally worth it!

They told me the place, but I could not go at the time. Come on it was 11:08am！No explanation! I just left! I'm giving this one 3.5…read more It's a decent gym, but if you're serious about training, falls short on few things here and there. First of all, it has a squat rack. It's not the best squat rack and there's only one, but considering that barely anyone ever uses it -- you should be good. The free weight section is ok: dumbbells go up to 46kg, but kettlebells unfortunately only up to 24kg (and there's only one 24kg bell, so forget double snatches or thrusters). There's a standard mix of machines and treadmills, but surprisingly no regular (straight) pull-up bar -- only some kind of hybrid-handles on one of the machines; you can do neutral or wide pull-ups but not regular ones. Also prepare to bump with your head into the ceiling which is too low for this machine. Finally, if you'd like to do weighted pull-ups, you'll need to come with your own weight belt -- gym doesn't have any, although you can improvise with regular belt and neck harness :) There's a stretching area but if you need a foam roller, you'll need to ask for it to be unlocked from the cage with equipment. There's a heavy bag but it's inconveniently placed right by the entrance, and you can't kick it. From the other good things -- they have paralletes, couple rowing machines, some bands, and even battle ropes (although they're bizarrely light). All in all -- lots of good stuff but also lots of small things that spoil experience a bit.

If you have any sort of issue or problem be prepared for multiple visits to try to get it resolved.
