I'd like to say that TK COSTELLO'S LLC has done so many great projects over the years and I've…read moreseen on several review sites, that there are fake reviews being given. The same theme, wording, and complaints are basically used and the names are made up as the owner of TK COSTELLO'S LLC does not have any customers by that name, they've confirmed. They have many excellent references available upon request such as Costco Osprey FL, Freddie's Diner Lockwood Ridge, and 2 mobile home 55+ communities they've worked in consistently for over a decade now. They're one of the only construction crews i know of that doesn't use profanity (loudly) on the job site. They pick up trash and debris, sponge off any concrete that splashes due to the pump. They also help a lot of folks. They'll work with people on the price so they can afford to do what they want to do. Travis, the owner has integrity and i know for a fact that he does not take deposits until he's actually began work on the project and gotten it ready. So to claim he took off with someone's money is assinine. There's more to that story for certain. Obviously you can't make everyone happy all the time and as a business owner myself, I know there will always be those customers that no matter what you do, they're the type of person that is miserable and will expend tons of energy, their entire lives in fact, on being vindictive and getting even if they feel wronged, (which of course they do since they are looking for confrontation) All of the reviews, save 2, which were responded to by Mrs. Costello, the office Mgr., in a nice respectful way, are positive and detail how the experience typically is when you're dealing with TK Costello's LLC, at least in my experiences with them. You don't work in the 55+ communities for any length of time if you're doing bad work, or ripping people off. Word travels fast in the parks and the bad contractors usually don't make it past 1, maybe 2 bad projects and the community will oust that individual right away!! Do yourself a favor and if you're looking to have concrete installed, tree removed, or something excavated etc. Just give them a call, ask to see their credentials, ask for references and trust your own good judgment. If I'm wrong, you can come back here and discount all I've said but it isn't fair that a hardworking, honest business that is genuinely put here helping others in the community, is getting slandered by a bad apple. Someone who obviously needs to fill their time with something other than obsessing over creating accounts to leave bad reviews. That's about the most immature thing you can do. It's not hurting their business at all, and they're actually steadily growing but that's what Karma is all about isn't it? Do to others as you'd have done to you. I hope this helps someone to get the services they deserve instead of being fooled by fake reviews, and missing out on great price, service, and end product. Thanks for hearing me out.
