They are located way out on south Wharncliffe which is too far for me to go. I came home at noon and waited for the call. At 1:30pm I called them to say that I couldn't wait around anymore and asked them to contact me for a time that would be better for them. I gotta say that for a law firm to run their business like the cable company (we'll be there sometime between 8am and 5pm) lacks the professionalism I expect from what I thought were professionals I would hope that this attitude is reflected in their pricing which I would expect to be cheap I am researching my claim by myself because nowadays you just can't rely on anyone to help.
