Where do I begin? Mike Frank is God send. I believe they closed our loan in 28 days! And that is with the three day law where you have to wait once everything is completed. He was on top of our loan throughout the entire process. Constant communication and assistance. I lost my job the day we put our bid on the home... and let's just say I was a silly anxious mess. Without Mike's grace and kindess... We would have backed out with worry. He is a man of faith and is not in business for the dollar bills y'all. Pitt & Frank managed our property closing last month without a hitch. Very professional. The costs and services were all very transparent, and we made our closing date. Clearly they were on top of things throughout the process. If I have a criticism it would be that they weren't always as communicative as we would have hoped. I suspect that's because you're more likely to be contacted if something goes wrong than if everything is in good order. Still, I would give them a thumbs-up. read more

Kevin Distler of Pitt and Frank Closing Services, 500 N Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, Kentucky exploited me. Supposedly acting on my behalf to close my purchase of property at 1216 Abbeywood Rd., Louisville, KY 40222, he notarized and closed the sale of the proprty that had been the backyard of 1216 Abbeywood Rd. As my closer Distler and my seller Bob Buckler colluded to obfuscate the situation so that I was only shown the map of my property at the end of the closing after all the papers were signed. Distler, as my representative should have shown me the property map before the signings. Distler, Buckler, and Matt Spenser, my realtor were all graduates of Trinity and St. X and U of L. That is what they talked about. When I saw the property for the first time after the closing, I realized I had been exploited. I called Pitt and Frank: "We do not get involved with any real estate disputes. You can call Tilford, Dobbs and Schmidt." I did. There, Terrence McCoy charged me $1200 to research my property history. He never told me that my backyard was half a lot and unbuildable. I feel I was doubly exploited by a corrupt old boy group of buddies. read more
